Haus Meeresluft is quietly and centrally located in Peterstrasse, parallel to the upper beach promenade.
Only a few steps away from the pedestrian zone you can reach the beach and the Cafe Pudding in less than 2 minutes.
The 3 room flat "Möwennest", renovated in March 2021, with bedroom, living-bedroom, eat-in kitchen, bathroom and balcony, offers optimal space for 4 people and a small child. The flat has a size of 45m², is well cut and perfectly equipped.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the main beach and the North Sea.
We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi access. However, this is not part of the rental contract and there is no legal claim.

Wohnung ist nicht sauber
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser Wohnung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung ist viel zu teuer für den Zustand in dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung an sich ist gut, aber der Zustand der Ausstattung ist schlecht. Die Schiebewände der Dusche sind unten beide aus der Halterung draußen und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist mangelhaft.

Es tut mir leid, wenn nicht alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit vorgefunden wurde. Leider haben Sie weder mich noch den Reinigungsdienst kontaktiert, um den Mangel beseitigen zu können. Das ist sehr schade, da beide Nummern bekannt sind.
Im Nachgang kann ich natürlich nichts mehr an dem Sachverhalt ändern.
Die losen Duschtüren sind eine Reinigunfsfunktion der Duschabtrennung. Diese sind lediglich wieder einzuklicken. Es liegt kein Defekt vor.
