Holiday in the beautiful Harz Mountains
Cosy holiday flat on the 1st floor of an old half-timbered house, located directly next to the church in the centre of Radisleben.
The holiday flat measures approx. 100 m² and is suitable for a family of up to 8 people (including at least two children). Since the double bunk bed is in a passage room, occupancy with up to six people is optimal!
The entire flat was refurnished in January 2022, completely renovated and new floors will be laid. Now everything is even more beautiful!
Room layout:
- Living room with seating area, TV, DVD player and music system
- first bedroom with a big double bed (160x200 cm)
- second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm)
- third bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm)
- fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (two times 90x200 cm)
- Dining room with table for 8 persons
- modern fitted kitchen (from November 2015) with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, extractor bonnet, toaster and coffee machine
- first bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
- second bathroom with bathtub and washbasin
- separate WC
Important: For two of the double beds you need ONE LARGE sheet each, as there is only ONE LARGE mattress in these two beds!
Notes:
The indicated heating costs of 17,- Euro per night are of course only from 15.9. until 15.5 The deposit is to be paid on site when receiving the keys! It will be returned when the keys are handed in if there are no damages after the guests' departure
The flat can be rented for a minimum of two nights (except over public holidays and in July/Augsut)! Arrival can take place daily!
Please bring bed linen, tea towels and towels from home!

Location and surroundings of object
the district Radisleben is between resin and Zeeland. 12 KM from Quedlinburg, 8 km to Concordiasee. Hall about 55 Km Magdeburg about 50 Km, approximately 65 Km Goslar Halberstadt about 22 Km Radisleben, is a district of Ballenstedt with about 600 inhabitants. We have it yet ... the little mom and pop store. Ect more shops like Aldi Lidl net. at 3 km away Ballenstedt.

Arrival can take place between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., departure should please take place by 10 a.m. at the latest, so that the accommodation can then be cleaned in peace before the next guests arrive!
The keys for the house are in an outside safe at the front door. A few days before arrival, guests are kindly requested to contact the house owner, Mr von Streit, on 0151-25 29 48 46, to obtain the necessary numerical code
Mr Otto, who lives almost next door to the house, will take the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and the keys back at the end of your holiday.

The fact that we are "repeat offenders" (3 times) obviously shows that you feel at home.The flat is very spacious, comfortably furnished, the kitchen is modern and new.You can enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet in a small garden,
the small village is a good starting point for many excursions.

Urlaub in Radisleben
Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Person die uns den Schlüssel übergeben sollte, nicht mehr dafür zuständig ist. Wäre Sie nicht zufällig da gewesen, hätten wir nicht gewusst wie wir in unsere Ferienwohnung kommen sollen. Auch die mitgebuchten Handtücher fehlten. Hier haben Herr und Frau Otto zwar schnell für Ersatz gesorgt, leider haben diese Handtücher aber sehr stark gefusselt, so das man sie nicht benutzen konnte. Auch das das zweite Badezimmer keine Duschabtrennung hat, nervt .Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön groß und es war sehr ruhig. Man kann von hier aus auch sehr schöne Radtouren unternehmen. Herr Streit hatte versprochen für gutes Wetter zu sorgen und das hat er auch gemacht, somit haben wir doch noch einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Wochenendausflug in den Harz
Gut ausgestattete, saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einem gemütlichen Hofgarten. Die Wohnung bietet sich sehr gut für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung mit anschließendem Ausspannen im ruhigen und entspannten Ort Ballenstedt an. Sehr netter Vermieter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft
Etwas verschlafen in einem Harzdorf gelegene Unterkunft, sehr gut geeignet für größere Gruppen, viele Ausflugsziele im Harz gut erreichbar, jedoch nur mit dem eigenen Auto! Kontakt zum Vermieter vorbildlich und freundlich.

Freizeit mit einer Jugendgruppe
Da wir mit dem Auto in Ballenstedt waren (ohne Auto würde ich den Standort nicht empfehlen), hatten wir einen erlebnisreichen Urlaub, mit Burg und Schlossbesichtigeng, Greifvogelschau, Sonnerrodelbahn, Höhlenbesichtigung und vieles mehr - in der sehr nett eingerichteten Wohnung konnten wir nach unseren Ausflügen entspannt die Abende genießen - mit Grillabend in dem idyllischen Hofgarten :)
Der Kontakt mit der Hauswartin und dem Eigentümer war sehr nett - ich bedanke mich auf diesem Wege nochmal recht herzlich

Kurzurlaub
Hier hat alles gestimmt. FeWo sowie der Garten waren wirklich schön. Auch der Vermieter und der Hausmeister waren sehr nett. So konnten wir hier ein entspanntes Wochenende fern ab vom hektischen Alltag verbringen. Vielen Dank nochmal von uns allen und beste Grüsse.
