Should the desired period in the occupancy calendar be occupied, please enquire nevertheless and we will offer you an alternative flat subject to availability.
In the modern and comfortably furnished apartment D8 in the house "Dwarslöper", up to 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children) will find everything they need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea coast
The neighbouring flat D7 can also be booked, at the same price and with almost the same facilities.
The 55 m² guest flat D8 and D7 have 2 rooms, a terrace, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a storage room as well as a parking space in the underground garage.
In the living/dining area the 3rd and 4th guest can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (1.60m x2.00m). In the bedroom there is a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm, as well as a second satellite TV.
From the living and sleeping area you can access the covered terrace, where you can barbecue on an electric grill.
Ideal for children and senior citizens, as there are no steps to climb, the terrace opens onto a spacious green area.
The kitchen in the "Dwarslöper" flat is open to the living and dining area. The equipment includes a 4-plate ceramic cooker, mini oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the cupboards you will find sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses.
In the spacious bathroom there is a washstand, WC and one entire side of the washstand can be used as a shelf.
In Haus Dwarslöper we rent out 3 properties next to each other, ideal for friendly families or large groups of friends.
In the neighbouring house "Achtern Diek" there are another 2 apartments that can be rented if required.

There are 4 holiday flats in the apartment house "Dwarslöper" and in the neighbouring house "Achtern Diek".
All have m² of living space, a modern shower room, an open kitchen with a dining area for 4 people, a bedroom and a living room with a double couch, and one flat has electric heating. The outside and bedroom each have a TV.
A parking space in the underground garage or an outside parking space belong to the rental property.

The largest baroque palace in Mecklenburg was completed in 1732 by Johann Friedrich Künnecke and is modelled on Blenheim Palace near Oxford in England. The 300-metre-long linden avenue leading to the palace is well worth seeing.

The brick church in Klütz was completed around 1280. In the 14th century, the west tower with shield gable and octagonal helmet was added

The butterfly park in Klütz is a tropical oasis near the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. It is always summer there. About 400 colourful forest butterflies from Asia and South America, including the largest butterfly in the world, the Atlas moth (wingspan: up to 32 centimetres), cavort in the approx. 700 square metre tropically planted free-flight hall
-Kussow with open-air museum of a constructed Neolithic village the small village of Kussow is located in one of the most fertile areas of northern Germany, the Klützer Winkel. This region, known as the "Goldene Aue" of Mecklenburg and jokingly referred to as the "Speckwinkel", is the ideal location for our Stone Age village of Kussow.
-Kalkhorst Castle and Park
Starting in 1860, a multi-layered, species-rich garden complex modelled on English landscape parks was created over an area of 13 hectares in about 3 decades. Apart from the partly renovated castle, the rock garden, the arboretum with an interesting, extensive exotic tree population, a dreamy little lake and the castle chapel with ancestral crypt, built in 1889 according to the English model, are among the sights on the entire grounds.
