Annabelle is being converted, so the smallest flat with 55 m² will soon become a spacious maisonette flat with approx. 90 m² and will then offer even more views of the world of the Sehlendorfer Binnensee nature reserve. It is individually and comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space for 4 people for a nice relaxing holiday. It is located on the upper floor of our farm. In the spacious living room there is a comfortable couch set, SAT/TV, radio, telephone and an almost endless view over the lake, the meadows and fields. It has a fully equipped corner kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and cooking and eating utensils as well as a dining table with matching chairs. Annabelle has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the new one with two beds upstairs.

Location and surroundings of object
The Manthey family is particularly attuned to families with children. In addition to its 4 spacious holiday flats, the farm offers plenty of room to move for small and large guests. On the playground with sandbox, swing, trampoline and football goals, they can really let off steam and the parents can enjoy the day in the beach chair with a good book. No through traffic disturbs the peace and quiet on the farm. The unique location in the middle of the nature reserve Sehlendorfer Binnensee and the proximity to the Baltic Sea invites you to a varied activity holiday as well as a sunny bathing holiday. Even a rainy day is still a holiday here: the flats are all spacious, bright and modernly furnished. All family flats have two bedrooms so you can relax. To feel good all around, you can enrich your menu directly in the farm shop with seasonal fruit and vegetables - and the Manthey family's strawberries are known far and wide as the tastiest. The farm shop is part of Filippo's adventure garden to which you have free access as guests of Hof Noepel.
We have been growing strawberries in the Hohwachter Bucht for over 20 years and have said goodbye to traditional farming. In the meantime, we also grow raspberries, currants, sweet cherries, plums, apples and pears as well as pumpkins. The holiday flats are named after our favourite fruit, the strawberries. Our farm is nestled in the nature reserve Sehlendorfer Binnensee in the Hohwachter Bucht. Actually we belong to the village of Futterkamp, but that is 4 km away from us and the fishing and holiday resort of Hohwacht and the Baltic Sea are within sight. In our isolated location we have no through traffic, behind our farm there are only fields and meadows up to the Baltic Sea beach. The entire Hohwacht Bay is characterised by the rural character of small villages nestled in the foothills of Holstein Switzerland.
