Description
We offer 4 modernly furnished holiday flats for every occasion in Bremerhaven. Whether you want to go on holiday, have to work, want to make a short trip to Bremerhaven or visit a family celebration. We are the right accommodation for you and the much nicer alternative to a hotel.
The flats are modern, newly renovated and furnished. You can choose from four fully equipped flats.
In summer it is possible to use the beautiful terraces (separate for each flat). Furthermore, a parking space is available at the house.
On the ground floor of the flat "Emma" we offer you
a cosy bedroom with double bed (180x200 m), bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The living room with corner sofa (sleep function for 3 and 4 persons), armchair, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system awaits you for cosy evenings.
The bathroom has a shower, WC, modern washbasin and hairdryer.
The kitchen with dining area offers a 4 plate ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, a microwave with grill function, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge-freezer and of course a coffee machine. At the dining place there are 2 chairs plus 2 stools for the 3 and 4 persons.
When you move into the flat you will find towels, bed linen, tea towels, towels and smittel and some other small things ready for you. This is all included in the price of the 1st night.
The flat "Kralli" is similarly equipped.
The bathroom is halfway up the flat. Upstairs there is a living room with kitchenette (can be optically separated). The kitchen is similarly equipped as in the lower flat, however, it has only a freezer compartment in the refrigerator and a 2 plate ceramic cooker with an extractor bonnet.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a recliner chair, a flat screen TV as well as a DVD player and a stereo system let quiet evenings come to a cosy end. In the living room you will also find a cosy table with two chairs, and if necessary 2 stools for the 3rd and 4th persons, for eating or playing.
The bedroom invites you to dream in a comfortable 180 x 200 m double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The view from here over the meadows of Bremerhaven is fantastic and very calming.
Of course, a hoover and cleaning supplies are available in both flats.

Each flat has a living space of approx. 40 sqm.
In the neighbouring house there are two further flats with two bedrooms available.
These flats are approx. 60 sqm and offer space for 4-5 people.

The Bürgerpark of Bremerhaven is in the direct vicinity, here you can go pedal boating and take walks through nature. Directly in the Bürgerpark (approx. 5 ) is also the tennis court of the BTV05 and approx. 15 min. away is an 8 hole golf course.
As described above, the flat is very centrally located and everything is within easy reach.

Holiday home like private
We spent a week in the clean and lovingly furnished holiday flat "Emma". It is very quietly located next to the Bürgerpark and is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours.
We would like to thank Mrs. Mahnken for her spontaneous helpfulness and the interesting conversations about the settlement.
We will gladly come again

A weekend at the North Sea
Kralli - a small cosy flat, well equipped, very clean. Very nice landlords - approachable, helpful and in a good mood. We have been there 5 times and will go again.

We felt comfortable all around.
We can definitely recommend the flat. The flat is very tastefully furnished. There was really everything you need for a few relaxing days. The Mahnken family is very nice. You can always contact them if you have any questions or requests. It takes only a few minutes by car to get to the centre, where there are many things worth seeing.
