Description
Cosy, rustic holiday home with thatched roof and fireplace on a spacious plot (1200m²). Here you can have both an active and a relaxing holiday. You can hike and pick mushrooms in the forests, swim in one of the many lakes or go fishing. You can make day or multi-day trips by canoe/kayak. From the house one lake flows into another and into a river. You can relax by a campfire or barbecue as you wish. For the children there is a swing with a slide. In winter you can sledge (1 sledge available) or cross-country ski or ice skate for miles. The picturesque winter landscape invites you to do just that.

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is located in a nature reserve, with dierekter view of the lake (just 100m). The house can only be reached by a dirt road. The next, hard road it is about 3km. There you can make the rest of your holiday. Mogiel / Lipnica between Chojnice (30 km) and Bytow (30 km). The sea is about 100km and to Gdansk (airport) there are 120km. In Lipnica there is a supermarket, several small shops, a hairdresser, a petrol station with garage, police and post office. For bulk buying it pays to Chojnice or Bytow drive.
