newly renovated flats with 20-50 sqm for 1 to 4 persons in a renovated Wilhelminian style house from 1891 with a listed art nouveau façade. Only 2 km or 4 tram stops (every 5 minutes - approx. 300m) to Augustusplatz with Gewandhaus and opera house and to the city centre

Very lovingly designed flats and great garden
We were very nicely welcomed and there was even a snack waiting for our terrier in the flat and a bottle of water for us. Very individually and tastefully furnished. There was a bike shed with a socket for our e-bikes. Small kitchen with everything you need. But the highlight was the lovingly designed garden, which we were allowed to use free of charge.

Super service - reasonable price
Despite arriving at 9pm, we received a very nice welcome. The flat was well equipped with flatscreen HD, fast internet and a complete kitchen. The bathtub is great. The location is very central. Only a few minutes by bike to the centre. We had no problems with the residents.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sicher nicht die beste Wohnlage, aber zentral und total problemlos
shopping facilities: Einkaufszentrum Reudnitz nur 500m bis 22 uhr geoeffnet!

Einfach nur empfehlenswert!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und top gepflegt.
Es blieben bisher keine Wünsche offen und es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Darum kommen wir immer wieder gerne!

hübsche Wohung
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Bei der Übergabe machte die Wohnung auch einen sauberen Eindruck.
Infomaterial über Leipzig befand sich ebenfalls in der Wohnung.
Leider ist die Wohnung nicht im allerschönsten Viertel. Da es bei uns sehr warm war, mussten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen, die ganze Nacht hörte man Streitereien oder andere laute Unterhaltungen auf der Straße und auch als es dunkel wurde, kamen einem auf der Straße öfters merkwürdige Gestalten entgegen. Ohne männliche Begleitung würde ich nicht nachts umher laufen. Allerdings kommt man mit der Straßenbahn wirklich in kürzester Zeit ins Zentrum.
