* Water, energy costs & firewood are included in the rental price

Location and surroundings of object
The island, which is connected by a modern bridge, has good transport links. There is a bus stop only 500m from the house, from where a bus runs every 2 hours to the centre of Stockholm. The journey takes just 35 to 40 minutes and saves you the long search for a parking space in the city centre of Stockholm compared to a car. The numerous islands off Stockholm in the Baltic Sea are often referred to as the archipelago. Many wealthy Swedes have their summer homes here, which often serve as a retreat and haven of peace even in winter.

We are a group of family, friends and acquaintances in Småland who have joined forces to rent out their holiday homes on our own. As the German in the otherwise Swedish family, I take care of marketing the holiday homes of the rest of the family and our friends. Of course, everything has to be in order, so I act as an intermediary, the rental contract is concluded with the respective house owner who also looks after you on site.
