Description
The fully furnished flat is located on the upper floor of our detached house. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a loggia.
The flat has a floor area of approx. 84 m² and partly sloping ceilings. There are shutters on all windows except the loggia. The living room and bedrooms have laminate flooring, the rest of the floor is tiled.
We provide a cot and a Tripp-Trapp high chair.
Good parking facilities are available.
There is a bakery and a pub with restaurant about 400 metres away.

The centre of Aachen with its historic buildings, sights, cultural offerings and restaurants can be reached by car/bus in 15 minutes. The Aachen Tivoli and the CHIO grounds (World Equestrian Festival) are approx. 6 km away. The RWTH and the hospital can also be reached quickly.
The Dutch border is 2.5 km away, and Valkenburg, the Mergelland route and South Limburg offer a great range of leisure activities. The district of Horbach is located on the north-western outskirts of Aachen and has a village-like character.
