Facilities: Our holiday home has a living area of approx. 66 sqm. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a modern kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge, dishwasher and microwave). Furthermore, a bathroom with shower and a utility room. The attic is divided into 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 single beds). And an additional WC is available. The equipment also includes SAT-TV, DVD player, stereo system and central heating.
Service: Parking facilities are available at the house (carport and one parking space) and bicycles can be safely stored. Furthermore, the approx. 360 sqm large plot is at your disposal for recreation and leisure activities (terrace, barbecue, ...). Garden furniture is of course available.

Location and surroundings of object
Our property is located in the centre of the small former fishing village of Wieck, opposite the "Darßer Arche" (National Park and Guest Centre). All pubs, restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes away. Bodden, harbour (water hiking rest area), cycling and hiking paths are in the immediate vicinity.
Golfers can play their sport in Ribnitz-Damgarten OT Neuhof. Wieck a. Darss - a former fishing village
Picturesque location directly on the Bodden. With many typical Darss houses

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, bei Absage des gebuchten Ferienhauses die vereinbarte Gesamtsumme abzüglich der vom Vermieter ersparten Aufwendungen (20%) zu bezahlen. Eine Gebühr fällt nicht an. Der Vermieter ist nach Treu u. Glauben angehalten, das Ferienhaus anderweitig zu vermieten, um den Schaden so gering wie möglich zu halten. Ausnahme: Falls das Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern aufgrund der Coronalage ein Beherbergungsverbot ausspricht, bieten wir eine kostenlose Stornierung an.
