Description
Very lovingly newly furnished house in Florida style in a quiet cul-de-sac street with terrace view over a small side channel of the Imperial River into the greenery. You can experience fantastic sunsets on the beaches.
The house offers on sqm 3 bedrooms, with one king size and 2 queen size beds, TV and clock radio with Iphone slot, 2 bathrooms, living room with adjoining dining area and following open kitchen.
In the living room you will find a brand new high quality Florida style and also locally made seagrass seating area. It consists of a three-seater sofa, an otoman, a swivel rocking chair, several side stools and a matching table. The dining room set and the bar stools are from the same series.
Furthermore, you will find a 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and music system with iPhone dock in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, such as a large American refrigerator with ice dispenser & freezer, microwave, cooker and oven.
You will find all the kitchen gadgets you need, such as a coffee maker and toaster.
Game collection available.
The house has an integrated garage, which you reach from the kitchen. Right in the entrance area of the garage you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a washing place.
In front of the house are three stately Royal Palms. Via a paved path around the house, or the patio door of the living room, you enter the relaxation area, the secluded pool. The paved terrace is partly covered and offers a beautiful view over the pool with canal, jetty and the green on the other side of the canal. The pool, pool heater, terrace and cage were newly built in 2011. From the canal at the property, our canoe can be used to view the house from the canal and explore the many beaches in our area.
The pool & patio area faces west, so after a day at the beach, you can watch the sun set behind the trees while grilling on our gas grill. The whole house was renovated in November 2022. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. Kitchen is new and so are the 2 bathrooms.

The house has a very central location. You can reach the public beach at 'Doc's Beach House' in 6 min., Barefoot Beach (through Community) in 8-10 min., Vanderbilt Beach in min, to the outlet centre "Miromar" you are 12 min. away via the interstate (5km), via the nearby Tamiami Trail you can reach Naples in 10-15 min., in 30 min. you can reach Naples by car
Bonita Springs offers countless sporting opportunities: Tennis, golf courses, all kinds of water sports such as canoeing/kayaking, motor boating (licence free) and much more. Destinations such as Everglades National Park, Naples Zoo, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Cypress Garden, Busch Garden, Florida Keys, Sanibel Island, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, Cape Canaveral and Orlando are all within a day's drive.
Supermarkets and restaurants are plentiful in the vicinity.

Sehr schönes Haus fur Familien
Dieses sehr schöen Haus mit einem sehr schönen Pool kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr ruhige Lage und man ist sehr schnell am Strand und bei zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
free time activities: Man kann sehr viel unternehmen und es ist auch hier alles schnell erreichbar.
shopping facilities: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an der Bonita Beach Road sind super und einfach zu erreichen.
