The Meerzeit holiday home is approx. 120 m², has a beautiful garden at the back with a terrace and garden furniture. There is also a carport and a shed adjacent to the carport for your bicycles, beach equipment and a table tennis table!
The holiday home is only about 800 m from the Baltic Sea.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in Schlüsenkamp, a small residential area with 14 houses.
There is a garden in front of and behind the house, as well as a carport and a bicycle shed for your free use. Behrensdorf has a lighthouse "Neuland" and is located directly in the Hohwachter Bucht, is known for its species-rich bird life. The beach (partly a fauna-flora conservation area) is directly on the small inland lake.

Otherwise, Behrensdorf is very quiet, there are two small shops at the campsites and a few houses further on you can order bread rolls and newspapers and there are very tasty meat products at the organic Highland farmer. At the beach there is a pedal boat and beach chair rental, a snack bar and two restaurants. It is not far to Lütjenburg (approx. 6 km) where you will find all kinds of shopping facilities, a weekly market, clothing shops, workshops, petrol stations, doctors and pharmacies, etc. Zweiradhaus Scheibel from Lütjenburg has countless rental bicycles ready for you.

Beautiful holiday home
Arrive and feel comfortable - that's how it can be summarized briefly. Bright and spacious, fully equipped, nothing was missing. A very nice garden plot with a cozy terrace is also included. Everything was clean - unfortunately, this is often not the case despite high prices for the final cleaning. We had a lot of bad weather, but even with a child, we could keep ourselves busy there, had plenty of space, and could even warm up in the infrared sauna. Oh, everything is on one level - so no stairs, etc.
The distance to the beach on foot is about 15 minutes. But there is also a parking lot right at the beach - you can also use it if you don't feel like walking.
In the high season, the price for the house is of course quite high... but that's the case everywhere.
All in all, the house is absolutely recommendable.

Sehr ruhig gelegen
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein schöner großer und gepflegter Garten gehört dazu.

Traumhaftes Haus zum wohlfühlen
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir haben uns in dem Haus total wohl gefühlt. Alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und total sauber. Hätten das Haus am liebsten mit nach Hause genommen. Was uns auch beeindruckt hat war die Ruhe. Am Abend waren nur die Amseln zu hören und sonst total ruhig. Würden zu jeder Zeit wieder gern dort hin. Nur kann man sich das als Rentner nicht immer so leisten. Es bleibt etwas besonderes. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Uli und Sissi

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem gemütlichen aber auch sehr großen Haus. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Strand der Ostsee. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es ist toll um sich zu erholen.

Wir sind begeistert
Unser erster Urlaub seid Jahren.
Wir hatten ein riesen Glück als wir dieses Haus gefunden haben. Alles war beschrieben. Die Bilder wurden nicht beschönigt und die zusätzlichen Beschreibungen passen ganz genau.
Es ist eine ruhige Umgebung. Die Nachbarn sind total nett.
Es gibt keine `Partymeile` in der Nähe.
Dieses Ferienhaus und seine Umgebung ist bestens dafür geeignet um mal wieder zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Genau das haben wir gebraucht.
Vielen Dank für Alles.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schleifen, hämmern, Kompressor etc.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben das Ferienhaus Meerzeit schon mehrmals genutzt und sind weiterhin begeistert. Es ist etwas Besonderes ! Die schöne, freundliche Wohndiele mit liebevoller Einrichtung spricht sofort an. 2 weitere Nebenzimmer, hell und sonnig, in die man sich auch einmal zurückziehen kann, liegen seitlich davon. Es gibt viele schöne Möbel, die durchdacht kombiniert und mit Geschmack gestaltet sind. Eine schöne, hausbreite und überdachte Terrasse, auf der man gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Gartengestaltung ist sehr ansprechend. Zu jeder Jahreszeit blüht etwas oder zeigt Früchte. Das Haus hat wirklich viel Persönlichkeit, in der man sich prima entspannen kann. Es hat eine ruhige Lage im Dorf selbst, aber gute Lauf- bzw. Fahrradnähe zum Strand. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir finden es sehr schön und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger toller Lage
Unser Aufenthalt war rund um einfach toll. Schon die Buchung war reibungslos und der Kontakt mit Herr Richter sehr freundlich. In diesem Haus fehlte einem nichts, (Außer die Fernbedienung vom Reciver :-))Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Küche war Top ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr gemütlich. Alles war sauber und gerade in den kühlen Tagen war die Sauna einfach gold wert. Der Strand wurde nach ca 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg erreicht. Die hellen lichtdurchfluteten Räume waren einfach herrlich und die Einrichtung durch und durch stimmig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten so einen wunderbaren ruhigen Jahreswechsel und kommen bestimmt wieder. :)

Tolles Haus auch für Gehbehinderte, leider nicht am Meer
Ein tolles Haus: sonnig, großzügig geschnitten, überdachte Holzterrasse. Gut geeignet auch für gehbeinderte Gäste, ggf. sogar für Rollstuhlnutzer. Selbst der Hahn vom Nachbarn nimmt Rücksicht: er kräht erst pünktlich zur Mittagszeit. Gelegentlich kommt mal ein Huhn auf Besuch in den Garten. Schwalben und (nachts) Fleidermäuse schnappen alle Mücken weg. Toller tierischer Service.
Leider stimmt die Angabe zur Strand/Wasser-Entfernung nicht: es sind eher 1500 m und nicht wie beschrieben 800 m. Mal eben schnell zum Strand laufen, geht gerade mit Kindern leider nicht, zumal der Weg an der Straße entlanggeht. Dafür gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Strand, falls der in der Hochsaison nicht überfüllt ist. Ohne Auto wird auch die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln schwierig.

Liebe Mieterin unseres Ferienhauses Meerzeit, ich freue mich wirklich sehr, dass es Ihnen bei uns in Behrensdorf so gut gefallen hat!
Ich muss hier allerdings etwas für alle Leser von Bewertungen richtig stellen!
Das Haus ist von der Ostsee nur ca. 900 m entfernt.
Der Weg auf der Straße beträgt nur knapp 1200m und nicht 1500m!
Häuser liegen für gewöhnlich an Straßen und zur Ostsee führen meist auch Straßen, diese Straße ist allerdings einen einspurige Straße und dazu eine Zone 30 und da der Weg zum Strand auch noch eine Sackgasse ist, ist dort auch nicht so viel Verkehr.
Im Ort gibt es 2 kleine SB Märkte, Bio Highlander Hof und einen Schlachter und Lütjenburg ist 6 km entfernt dort gibt es alles!
Ja das Landleben hat manchmal so seine Tücken, wir lieben es! Wir versuchen es fast allen recht zu machen aber stellen Sie sich mal vor, dass in unserem wundervollen Flora, Fauna und Habitat Behrensdorf mit den abertausenden von Vögeln, jetzt ein Supermarkt gebaut würde! Dann wäre es aus mit der beschaulichen Ruhe, die unsere Urlauber doch so sehr Lieben und Schätzen!

gladly again
We spent two weeks in this very beautiful and very tastefully furnished house. At times it was cold for the season, so we really enjoyed the combined wall and floor heating. After a ten-minute walk you are at the beach, where you can walk for kilometres. In contrast to neighbouring Hohwacht, Behrensdorf is not very touristy. There is a nice farm shop in the village and two restaurants at the campsites on the way to the beach. In Lütjenburg you can shop well and also eat delicious food. A car is not a luxury given the location of this holiday home. We can recommend taking bicycles with you. We had only telephone contact with the landlord, which was very pleasant. All information about the house and recommended destinations in the area could be found in the lovingly compiled "logbook"
