Description
This very spacious flat has a very large living room with integrated kitchen on the first floor, a balcony where you can enjoy the sun at noon and in the evening, a private bathroom with shower and its own staircase to the 2nd floor. Here under the roof are 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed.
The whole house has wifi. There is also a TV antenna with German TV.
In the flat there is also a DVD player with TV screen (a large stock of DVDs is also available).
All guests can use the garden.
In the house we handle the well-known Swedish tradition of taking off the street shoes in the entrance hall. We can provide slippers, but you may want to bring your own.

Location and surroundings of object
In the south of Sweden, in beautiful rural surroundings, lies the small village of "Skånes Värsjö" (80 inhabitants), steeped in history. Outside our renovated house called "Heimdallhuset" you are directly in the nature, which offers many recreational, hiking and cycling possibilities.
The house is situated on a quiet road and is very spacious. There is room for several guests. In the surroundings you have many possibilities to relax or to be active. It offers space for people who love peace and space and also space for those ( with children) who want an active holiday.
In the spacious garden you can read a book in peace or enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee. For children there is a small playground nearby (150 m).

| Price is for 4 persons. Children from 0-2 free of charge. We ask an additional amount when you want to come with 5 persons. You can also rent the flat for less days. We can inform you about the prices. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
