As a former dépendance of a 4 * hotel, the country house offers high-quality furnished and comfortably equipped holiday flats.
The holiday flat "Waldemei" (50 sqm) is equipped with a kitchenette (incl. oven and dishwasher), living and dining room, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, radio-CD player and flat screen TV. If there are more than two people, accompanying persons can be accommodated in the neighbouring double rooms. Fresh bread rolls are delivered in the morning on request.

With the tourist card available on site, you not only receive numerous discounts, but can also explore the entire region free of charge by bus, for example.
Nordenau, also called the 'Pearl of the Hochsauerland', is an idyllic half-timbered village that focuses on individual tourism. The impressive Rappelstein ruins, the spa gardens and the Brandenholz climate tunnel are all part of the village's image. There is an extensive network of hiking trails in all directions. The following destinations are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached by the aforementioned free bus: the Bike Arena Sauerland, the long-distance hiking trail Rothaarsteig, the Forest Sculpture Trail, the Kyrill Trail, the Bike Park Winterberg, the Wintersport Arena Sauerland, the Cross-Country Skiing Centre Hochsauerland, the Hiking World Sauerland, numerous reservoirs, the amusement parks Panoramapark and Fort-Fun, the Kahle Asten as the highest elevation in NRW, the Ramsbeck visitor mine, numerous lookout towers, historic churches, galleries and artists' workshops, golf courses, many museums, cosy cafés and a very high-quality gastronomy and hotel industry.
