Uw vakantiehuis direct aan de duinen, op slechts 250 meter lopen na de zee en het strand. Hier is absolute ontspanning gegarandeerd!
Kindervriendelijk, tuin privé, honden welkom!
Het vanaf 2012 tot 2018 compleet gerenoveerde huisje heeft een eigen tuin met hek, op 491qm.
Geniet de comfortabele ligstoelen en even bijpraten in de tuin, op het terrasss of in de lounge.
Schommel, klene glijbaan en een speeltoren laten oog kinderenogen gelukkig zijn.
Vakantiehuis met veel comfort: alles wat u nodig heeft voor een ontspannende vakantie!
Tot het huis behoren twee parkeerplaatsen op het terrein, een grote entree met aangrenzende WC en aparte badkamer en een volledig ingerichte keuken, woonkamer met de glazen voorzijde en schuifdeur naar het idyllische, gemeubileerde terras, en 3 slaapkamers.
Een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en wastafel, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en wastafels, en een slaapkamer met stapelbad. Bovendien is er een aparte wasruimte met wasmachine en strijkplank, en een aparte verwarmings- en bergruimte.
Uitrusting: U vindt dit vakantiehuis volledig uitgerust met alles, wat u voor een ontspannen vakantie nodig hebt.
Daartoe behoren zonder extra kosten ook een wasmachine, wasdroger, vaatwasser, magnetron, WLAN, kabel-TV, CD-, MP3- en DVD-speler, Senseo-koffiezetapparaat, traditioneel koffiezetapparaat, staafmixer, citruspers en meer.
Verder zijn er comfortabele ligstoelen, tuinmeubels, een droogrek, twee fietsen, een grill, speelgoed voor de zandbak, een kinderschommel en een bolderkar.
Kindvriendelijk: Het vakantiehuis is kindvriendelijk uitgerust met speelgoed voor binnen en buiten, kinderbestek, nachtlampje, bedspijlen als bescherming voor uit het bed vallen, loopfiets, scooter, bolderkar, in de tuin met kleine glijbaan, schommel en speeltoren.
Voor de koudere seizoenen vindt u in de woonkamer een elektrische open haard, die zorgt voor een zeer fijne vuursfeer en warmte voor bijzonder gezellige uren.
Aan een prachtig strand in Zeeland, met mooie duinen, en nog veel meer aan de kust met de "Blauwe Vlag", een garantie voor top waterkwaliteit.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is close to the beach, the sea and lovely walks in the dunes. Nevertheless, it is nice and quiet, and the ingrown grounds, with an idyllic terrace, children's swing, playhouse and small slide, offer lots of fun for children and extra privacy.
In the spacious grounds less than 100 metres away, you will find one of the many playgrounds. In the neighbouring park "Roompot" you will find a mini-supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, a café, a snack bar, minigolf, billiards, tennis and offers for children's entertainment just 250 metres away (on foot).
In a hotel about 800 metres away you will find another brasserie, as well as a spacious wellness area with sauna and swimming pool. Within a few kilometres you can reach a large water park (6 km), water sports (3 km) and horse riding (9 km), other shops and a large supermarket (5 km).
The famous water park "Deltapark Neeltje Jans" is only 8.5 km away. Fun excursion destinations include the town of Domburg (16km), for a shopping trip the town of Middelburg (19km) or Burgh Haamstede for walking and enjoyment (15km). Driving opportunities in about 1okm. Even golfers are not neglected: there are 3 golf courses nearby. The nearest train station is 19km away in Middelburg and Rotterdam airport is 91km away. On the peninsula of Noord-Beveland in the province of Zeeland lies the individual and spacious holiday complex "De Banjaard".

| Our prices refer to the price for one week for the holiday home for up to 4 persons. Each additional person plus 15 Euro per day, or 70,- Euro week. In the period from 1 April to 30 September, the prices include service charges for gas, water and electricity. In the period from 1st October to 31st March, additional costs of approx. 45,- Euro (depending on consumption) per week will be charged for gas and electricity. These will be charged at the end of the stay according to consumption. A visitor's tax of 1.90 euros (2023) per person per day is due on site. A child's travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Your 1-2 dogs travel with you for a flat rate of 5 euros per night each. Simply the best
We found a really great holiday home. The location to the beach: just a short walk over the dunes, because the house is located right on the edge of the park. Not even 5 minutes and you are at the water (3 minutes at high tide). The house is fully equipped. Nothing is missing and the seating outside under the covered terrace is particularly noteworthy. The weather really doesn't matter here. We and our two dogs were completely satisfied and can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Enjoy all around!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't miss anything! In February, we had very good weather and it was nice and quiet in the area. The long walks on exceptionally beautiful dunes were fantastic! We were also able to relax completely in the house. Great facilities with a lot of attention to detail.

Wonderful vacation
Holiday home right on the beach, we were well taken care of here. Despite the end of November, it was mostly dry and sunny. So we could enjoy the great sandy beach abundantly. The house had everything you need, including beautifully furnished decorations and toys. We didn't miss anything and it was extremely clean. The dog also felt very comfortable. Great, fenced property. The beds were comfortable. We would love to come back anytime. Thank you for a wonderful week with you!

Entspannung und Erholung am Meer auch im Dezember möglich!
Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen.
Wir reisten mit 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden, und haben sowohl im Garten, als auch am weiten Dünenstrand schöne Urlaubsstunden verbracht. (Der elektrische Kamin am Abend tat sein übriges...)
Selten haben wir eine so umfangreiche Ausstattung, speziell für Kinder, erlebt, zusammen mit dem hundefreundlichen Angebot, und dieser Strandnähe! (in wenigen Metern Fussweg an Strand und Meer, wo Hunde auch noch erlaubt sind!)
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die nötigsten Dinge sind zu Fuss zu ereichen, im Nachbarpark.
free time activities: Schwimmbad, Wassererlebnispark und die Fahrradausflüge haben uns Spass gemacht. Allerdings lohnt es sich, das etwas weiter ebtfernte (4km) grosse Schwimmabd aufzusuchen, das Hallenbad in dierekter Nähe ist doch recht klein.
shopping facilities: Mini-Supermarkt zu Fuss erreichbar, größerer Supermarkt in etwa 3km
