70 m² ground floor flat for 2 - 6 persons in a
small ensemble of four country houses on a 3500 m² plot in the
Property in the old fishing village of Waase. The fully
fully equipped apartment offers enough space for a holiday in a quiet

( 182 x 133 cm ) and has a separate dining area. The new
integrated kitchenette is fully equipped
(dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob,
Coffee maker and Senseo pad machine, electric kettle,
Toaster, egg boiler and oven).
In the first bedroom there is a large double bed
and in the second bedroom a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washstand, hairdryer and toilet

There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. We charge 4.00 euros per wash.
The laundry can be dried on a clothes horse on the terrace

Only 35 km from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and 20 km from Bergen,
the capital of the island of Rügen. In the middle of the
National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft lies the island of
Ummanz. Since 1901, the island of Ummanz has been connected to Rügen by a 250 m
bridge to Rügen.

The island of Ummanz is free of visitor's tax. We offer the following linen package per person: Bed linen, shower towel and towel for 12,50 Euro. 2 tea towels and a shower mat are also provided for the duration of your stay. A reserved car parking space no. 2 can be used free of charge. One large dog or two small dogs are allowed, but please specify when booking. Fee per dog is 20,00 Euro per stay. Our washing machine can be used for a fee. |

TOP location TOP equipment
We found a beautiful holiday apartment in a spotlessly clean condition and with great amenities. The contact person was friendly, and despite a delayed arrival, the key handover by the caretaker was smooth. The apartment is completely tiled, but the tiles are not slippery (we had concerns because we were traveling with our dog, but it was not a problem). The apartment is equipped with all the accessories so that you can vacuum or mop in between. The holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained complex with four houses, each with four holiday apartments. However, we only sporadically noticed that someone else was here - absolutely quiet and therefore recommendable for those who are looking for relaxation and tranquility. We highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Dreamlike holiday
Where do I start? The flat had everything you need. It is very comfortably furnished, totally clean and tidy. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! We felt right at home. We were welcomed nicely and could talk to the lovely family at any time. The prior e-mail contact was also great. The terrace really invited us to relax. We will be back

TOP TIPP!
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen, sie ist sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet und macht alles in allem einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. So wie das Haus, als auch das gesamte Grundstück. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, vom Haarföhn, über Geschirrspüler, Flat TV und WLAN ist alles da. Und für längere Urlaube sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es fehlte uns an nichts.“

Urlaub auf Ummanz
Ich konnte in der Wohnung nur zwei Schlafzimmer finden (keine 3) .Auch die Gästetoilette hab ich nicht gefunden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ok. Nur dei Betteb waren uns viel zu hart. 400 Meter zum Strand sind ja wohl etwas schöngerechnet, aber wenns wenigstens ein Strand wäre!! Für die extrem vielen Mücken könnz Ihr ja nichts aber machen den Auenthalt nicht schöner. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht.

Ihre Bewertung ist sehr enttäuschend. Die Angaben zum Boddenstrand stimmen. Leider werden bestimmt Daten ganz genau genommen ( harte Betten ? ), leider stimmen diese Angaben nicht...., weil vielleicht durchgelegene Betten weicher wären... und die wesentlichen Angaben gehen bei den Gästen unter. Die Wohnung war "Okay" super Aussage für die Gäste :-)

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Wir haben die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss für eine Woche Anfang August 2020 gemietet. Alles war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, direkt am Waldrand. Die Betten waren traumhaft und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, sodass wir unseren Hund frei umherlaufen lassen konnten. Tolle Restaurants, Bauer Kliewe und Bauer Lange sowie die Kaffeerösterei in Waase, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ca.6 km in Gingst entfernt sowie ein schöner Bodensandstrand. Wir wären am Liebsten länger geblieben.
Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Toller Sommerurlaub
In der erstklassig ausgestatteten Jollekieker-Ferienwohnung der Familie Evers verbrachten wir einen wundervollen 7-Tage-Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist wirklich großzügig geschnitten und bietet diverse Extras. Zur Ferienwohnung gehören ein eigener Parkplatz, eine voll möblierte Sonnenterrasse (inkl. Grillmöglichkeit) und auch Hunde sind hier nach Absprache herzlich Willkommen. Man kann bei einem Frühstück am großen Esstisch mit schönem Blick ins Grüne oder direkt auf der Terrasse wunderbar in den Tag starten. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (u.a. mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster). Selbst auf einen wohlschmeckenden Kaffee mussten wir dank vorhandener Nespresso Maschine nicht verzichten. Nachdem tagsüber die Gegend erkundet und Unternehmungen gemacht wurden, kann man den Tag beim Grillen auf der Terrasse oder beim gemütlichem Fernsehen (riesiger LG LED Flatscreen TV!) ausklingen lassen. Ist man mit Kindern vor Ort und/oder mag Spieleabende – in der kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung ist eine große Auswahl an Spielen vorhanden. Nur der Vollständigkeit halber sei erwähnt, dass wir uns nicht zuletzt wegen dem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fön und dem allgemeinen gemütlichen Ambiente der Ferienwohnung ganz „Daheim“ fühlten. Gern kommen wir wieder und danken der Vermieter-Familie Evers für die erholsamen Tage!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für die ganze Familie.
Jollekieker ist die perfekte Unterkunft für Groß und Klein. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt, auch an Regentagen ist für Unterhaltung gesorgt z.B. Gesellschaftsspiele und Lesestoff. Die Fewo ist super sauber und ordentlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles in allem einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hus Jollekieker wunderbar
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Ruhe und die ausgezeichnete, geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat sehr zu unserer Erholung beigetragen.Trotz teilweise stürmischem Wetter haben wir tolle Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona und Stralsund gemacht. Auch sie Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung hat prima geklappt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder. Marion
