It is a 40 square meter apartment with bedroom, kitchen-living room, balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet. In the bedroom a comfortable double bed with 2 Nachtkastl, a SAT TV, DVD, radio, CD player, closet, desk with armchair, safe, balcony. A very well equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee filter machine, kettle, table with 4 armchairs , a sofa that opens into a 120 cm. wide bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hairdryer available. Shared with the other two apartments a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in a small house in Old Maxglan, 15 minutes walk from the old town of Salzburg, in a quiet location. In the same house are 2 apartments, a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment. In the vicinity there are many guesthouses, removed the next 2 minutes. A bakery 4-5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is about 7-8 minutes.

"Homy" Studio in Salzburg
As trade fair exhibitors, we spent five days in Ruth's flat. The studio is very comfortable, friendly and "homy".
The part of town is very quiet, you can also find cosy local restaurants (Weinstöckl!). Important information: We could park in the courtyard.
We will definitely come back again!

Perfect, perfect and perfect again
The flat was just wonderful: bright and friendly furnished, with all comforts - from dishwasher to washing machine - cosy and sooooo wonderfully clean! It is centrally located, very close to the historic old town (within walking distance) and yet very quiet, and also easy to reach by public transport. Perfect all round!
recommend for: seniors, holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday

Flitterwochen
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, auch zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt von Salzburg schnell erreichbar. Die Gegend ist jedoch ruhig und still. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, die Zimmer sind bequem und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir fanden besonders nett und aufmerksam, dass es in der Wohnung zahlreiche Prospekte über Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe zu finden waren. Die Wohnung war auch schön sauber, der Preis auch angemessen. Wir hatten hier tolle Flitterwochen verbracht, ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately, I can not always meet them in person, because I live 90 kilometers from Salzburg etfernt but my neighbor takes care of my apartments and looks after my guests when I am not there. I live in Pinzgau, near Zell am See, on the mountain. My hobbies are traveling, photography and my garden.
