Description
Our newly renovated holiday home is located on the sunny island of Fischland-Darß-Zingst on the Baltic Sea, directly in the old town centre of Zingst.
Around the terraced houses there is enough space to let off steam, for the little ones there is a swing on the property.
One - max. 2 car parking spaces are directly in front of the house.
Garden furniture is available on the terrace.
2 sun loungers and a parasol are in the shed.
On the ground floor you will find the living area with kitchen, a guest toilet and a spacious hallway.
On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms. The children's room is equipped with
the children's room is equipped with 2 beds + 1 additional pull-out and the bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. The sauna is also located on the upper floor. There is a charge for using the sauna, keep 2€ coins ready. 2€ = 60min
The washing machine in the basement can also be used at any time for a fee. Euro coins & detergent are to be brought along.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic Sea island is located in Mecklenburg/Vorpommern and is km away from the Hanseatic city of Rostock and about 35 km from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Fischland-Darß-Zingst is a peninsula with picturesque little fishing villages. The house is located in the old centre of the village in a residential area.
It can be reached by car, and there is a parking space right next to the house.
Zingst lies directly on the nature reserve.
The entire island can be easily explored by bicycle. Zingst is an old fishing village with a harbour and direct access to the beach. There are various shops in the centre of the village, which are open during spa hours. Of course also at !
You can do without a car completely, everything can be explored very well on foot or by bike.
Bicycles can be rented at reasonable prices in the village.
Restaurants and bars invite you to explore the nightlife. In autumn there is the annual crane spectacle directly over Zingst. Thousands of cranes come to a nearby island, where they gather to continue their journey south.
In summer, the wide, fine-sand beach invites you to take extensive sunbaths. The Baltic Sea is refreshing as usual.

Holiday in Zingst - a dream
The holiday home was furnished by the Martens family with a lot of love (I personally found the photos by Mr Martens very beautiful). Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday was there. Starting with the furnishings in the house (fully equipped kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathroom). Everything was thought of. What we also found really great was the garden house belonging to the house, which is equipped with wheels and what was very useful for us, the handcart :-). Unfortunately, the holiday went by much too quickly. But we will be very happy to come to you again at "Lütt Eckhus". See you next time.

By chance we found your holiday flat on the internet and were very taken by the good reviews and the pictures
We can only agree with the other positive reviews! We lacked nothing! From the dishes to the lovely furnishings to the handcart, drying rack and barbecue, the accommodation left nothing to be desired

Es fehlt an nichts !
Uns hat es auch diesmal sehr gut im "Lütt Eckhus" gefallen, besonders angenehm war auch das neue, sehr schön renovierte Bad und die Sauna. Auch wurde vom Vermieter ein Hinweis unsererseits , für eine Ablage im unteren Gäste-WC, durch Herrn Martens sofort realisiert. Im gesamten Haus ist alles ordentlich und gepflegt. Nach 2017 und 2018, kommen wir garantiert wieder. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Our holiday in Lütt Eckhus, Zingst
The house has everything you need for a nice holiday. The furnishing is very advantageous and cosy, everything in the kitchen is also top, terrace, bicycles, sauna, parking - no wishes remain unfulfilled.
There is also enough space for 4 adults.
A very good address for a nice holiday.

Urlaub in Zingst
Super Urlaub, Super Unterkunft,
die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses entspricht der Beschreibung und ist in einem 1a Zustand. Durch die zentrale Lage sind der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Ort und auf der Insel mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigem Umfeld.
Unterhaltungsangegebote und Events obliegt natürlich dem Entdeckergeist jedes einzelnen. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit Fam.Martens.

1a Freienhaus
Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und bietet alles was man braucht um entspannte Tage in Zingst genießen zu können!Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr sauber.Alles da, von Waschmaschine bis Microwelle etc. Toll - eine kleine Sauna, haben wir zwar nicht benutzt aber beim nächsten Mal :-)! Auch Fahrräder sind da, für Zingst einfach großartig! Die Lage ist zwar nicht sooo nah am Meer, dafür sehr ruhig! Wir kommen gerne wieder............

Wohlfuhlfaktor- Eins
In diesem Haus stimmt wirklich alles. Es ist absolut
sauber und gemütlich. Die Auswahl an Möbeln und farblich
abgestimmter Dekoration (z.B.Gardinen) sehr harmonisch. Auch sind die Vermieter, die Familie Martens, sehr an unserem Wohlbefinden interessiert und lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Die Erholungssuchenden
Die Ferienwohnung macht einen gepflegten Endruck. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wie haben sie für unseren Familienurlaub gebucht. Hierfür war sie (auch wegen ihrer 2 Schlafzimmer) bestens geeignet. Unsere Kinder (2 Jahre) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral, dennoch ruhig.

Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet von der Ausstattung alles was einen Urlaub ausmacht. Eine schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung die sehr sauber und gepflegt ist, bis zur tollen Sauna. Nicht zu vergessen sind die Fahrräder mit denen man Super gut fahren kann.
Die Vermieter lieferten sogar einen neuen Fußball für die Kinder, da der alte platt war.

Wir hatten vom 11.09 bis01.10.2011 einen tollen Ostseeurlaub
in Zingst im Ferienhaus Glebbe 11.
Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war so komplett wie wir es
von zu Hause aus kennen. Es fehlte an nichts.
Die ruhige aber noch zentrale Lage erlaubte uns immer einen
erholsamen Schlaf mit sehr guten Matratzen.
Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen vor allem für Familien mit 2-3 Kindern.
Es gibt genug Restaurant-und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort.
Von Zingst aus hat man viele Möglichkeiten das Umfeld zu
erkunden.
Ein Erlebnis ab Mitte September ist das Sammeln der Kraniche
in Sichtnähe auf der Boddeninsel Kirr.
Wir werden ganz sicher in dieses Haus nochmal wiederkommen.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Ferienhaus liegt aus unserer Sicht sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse aber trotzdem noch ziemlich zentral.Die Entfernung zum Strand ist auch ok. ca 15 Fußminuten.Da
wir fast immer mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren spielten die Entfernungen keine Rolle.
free time activities: Unsere Hauptfreizeitmöglichkeit war das Wandern am schönen
Ostseestrand sowie das Radfahren zur Erkundung der ganzen Umgebung mit Heimfahrt auf dem Boddenschiff.
In den 3 Wochen haben wir nicht alles geschaft was wir
vorher geplant hatten aber trotzdem viel gesehen.
Empfehlenswert sind Autotouren nach Roststock-Warnemünde,
Rügen mit Hiddensee, Stralsund mit Besuch des Ozeaneum
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug, 3 Edekaläden + 1 Nettoladen die alle recht Zentral mi Backshops im Ort liegen

Vicinity of the holiday home: Toller Ort mit Uralubsflair. Viele nette Lokale und Shoppinglädchen. Toller Strand und wunderschöne Landschaft.
free time activities: Für die Kids ist der Strand die Nr.1!!! Abends gibts wechselnde Angebote (Konzerte, Strandkino, Theater, Kunst).
Nicht weit weg ist Karls Bauernhof, dort gab es für uns alle etwas. Den muß man mal gesehn haben!
shopping facilities: Alles was man braucht, auch an Sonntagen.
