Description
Our house is a luxury villa. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave / oven.
The house is equipped with TV, DVD player, heated floors, a cozy fireplace, and a central vacuuming system. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with double sink and steam shower.
The first floor has two large bedrooms with double beds. On this floor, a bathroom is situated with double sink and bathtub. Both bedrooms upstairs are connected to a sun terrace which is not visible from outside.
The parking for two cars is located next to the villa and interferes in any way with your holiday fun. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Youth group are not permitted because it is a quiet family park!

Location and surroundings of object
Our villa is in a family park in Kortgene. The villa is only a three minute walk from the coast of the Veerse Meer. The North Sea beach is 10 miles away.
The park offers many opportunities for lovers of water sports, fishing, walking, etc. It is possible to rent bikes and go-karts in the park, as well as boats and from April onwards, also Bugracers.
There is a new restaurant with a terrace on the Veerse Meer, which is open every day, except for Tuesday.
There is also a supermarket at the villa park and one in Kortgene (900 meters).
For the children there is a small pool, a indoor water play area, an indoor playground, two play grounds, table tennis, tennis court, etc. For the adults there is a spa with sauna. For a fantastic holiday or short stay during spring, summer, autumn, or Christmas / New Year!!

Beautiful house on the outskirts of town with a spacious garden.
The house is very nice, perfect for 2 families. The location is okay, I just thought the sea was closer ?.
It lacks a grill and large bowls to make a nice salad.
We had a very nice time here. The staff at the reception was also very nice.

Unsauberkeit
wir sind echt entzetzt über diese Unsauberkeit und das zu Coronerzeit. Es war nichts sauber selbst am Toilettendeckel klebte noch die Sch....
Die Matratzen voller Staub und Haare , Schubladen und Schränke nicht sauber . Wir haben im Haus alles desinfiziert und geputzt damit wir unseren Urlaub geniesen konnten

Very beautiful holiday
We were 4 adults and 2 children. The house is very nice and it has everything you need for a nice holiday. The park has lots of entertainment for children and there is a shop for daily shopping.

Really great accommodation!
We (5 adults + 1 baby) stayed at Villa Rietgans for a week and can say that it was really very nice there. The house was clean and very well equipped. The rooms are small but totally sufficient for sleeping. The kitchen and living room had modern furnishings. The place is very good for children (preferably from 4 years old) because the surroundings offer several places to play, such as playgrounds or swimming pools. The children looked very happy and busy :) Overall, a top accommodation for families. We will be back in a few years! :)

Well-deserved 5 stars!!
We spent 4 very nice and relaxing days with 10 people (6 adults and 4 children aged 5,2 and two 1-year-olds). The house is equipped with everything you need for self-catering. Shopping facilities are nearby, as well as a restaurant, swimming pool, indoor playground, playground and above all the sea. The only thing that bothered the children a bit was that the house is noisy and has no shutters BUT that, of course, varies from child to child and did not spoil our holiday! We will definitely come back again! The contact with the owner was very nice and went very smoothly. We can highly recommend the house!

Super Unterkunft
Wir waren zwei Wochen in einer der Villen für 8 Personen untergebracht. Die Ausstattung ist super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders der kleine Garten vor dem Haus, ist für Familien mit Kindern super.
Kleiner Abzug für die kurzen Öffnungszeiten der Spielbereiche. Vor allem der tolle Indoorwasserspielplatz hat nur von 10-17.00 geöffnet. Schade, weil sich das nach einem Ausflugstag eigentlich perfekt zum Abschluss für die kleinen anbieten würde. Vielleicht kann man da nal etwas verlängern..

Ein tolles Haus, das Haus war sehr sauber!!!!!!
Ausstattung gut (lediglich für 8 erwachsene Personen sind die Töpfe zu klein)
Bedienunganleitung für die Heizung aushängen. Leider hatte wir zu Begin Bedienprobleme mit der Heizung, Heizung startet die Heizkörper erst nach dem Personen am Bewegungsmelder vorbei gelaufen sind, vorher ist das Bad nicht wirklich warm. Die Fußbodenheizung ist sehr angenehm, aber in den Bädern nicht ausreichen hier werden die Heizkörper benötigt.
Uns wurde aber von der Rezeption sehr gut geholfen.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier buchen

Toller Urlaub

Great holiday home with lots of space
With our five children (5, 2x9, 11 and 13 years old) we spent a lovely holiday in this house at the beginning of July 2017. The holiday park offers a great entertainment programme for children of all ages. Our children loved the indoor water playground, the outdoor playground, the football pitch and the beautifully designed bay by the sea with bouncy castle, raft and tower. The restaurant is also recommendable. In the house itself, we all had plenty of space and when we needed it, we had great places to retreat, not only on the various terraces. Thanks to the modern equipment, we didn't lack anything. What we missed a bit were large pots to cook for the appropriate number of people. But we knew how to help ourselves with the pots and pans we had. If we choose Holland as our holiday destination again, we will certainly choose this accommodation again. The North Sea beach can be reached easily in a quick 15 minutes by car via the motorways.

Ein Rundrum tolles Wochenende

Sehr schön möblierte Unterkunft- Küche perfekt eingerichtet, Möblierung ohne Gebrauchsspuren und Beschädigungen, sehr gepflegt.
Unglaubliche Ruhe im Park. Sehr ansprechende Aussenanlage.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, sich um alle Anliegen direkt zu kümmern.
Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl.
Kleines Manko - der Saunabereich ist wenig einladend. Es gibt keine Uhr/ Sanduhr in der Sauna, der Griff der Tür ist kaputt, der gesamte Bereich ist offen einsichtig vom Schwimmbereich. Der Ruhebereich besteht nur aus einer ebenen Fläche, unbeheizt, keine Liegestühle o.Ä.

Großfamilie macht Ferien
3 Generationen ( 4 Jahre bis 56 Jahre ) erlebten einen schönen Urlaub .
Verbesserungswürdig :
1. Parkmöglichkeit für ein 3. Fahrzeug im Parkgelände .
2. Hallenbad ist nur für Kinder .
3. Fahrräder ausleihen zu teuer, ebenso die Quads .
