The high-quality and modern furnished holiday home (5 stars DTV certified, 150 sqm living space, suitable for 4 pers.) scores not only with its comprehensive furnishings, but also with a beautiful outdoor area
The 700 sqm garden has flower beds, a large lawn for sunbathing or romping and an old tree population
A sunny south-facing terrace entices with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, another west-facing covered terrace is equipped with a large seating area and the very spacious west-facing balcony offers spectacular sunsets and wonderful nature spectacles!
On the property of the nature-oriented holiday home there is also a double carport, which is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. Bicycles or sports equipment can be kept dry in the lockable shed, which is available to our holiday guests for the duration of their holiday. There is also room for a canoe or similar small boat. Use of the WLAN in the holiday home is free of charge
Inside, there is a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cooker with oven and a breakfast bar with an open living room. From the hallway, a glass sliding door leads into the light-flooded living room with a south-facing panorama window and patio door to the garden
Here, a comfortable dining area with seating for 6 invites you to linger, as does the cosy living area with its cosy seating set and stove. A large flat-screen TV, DVD, CD music system and a comprehensive audio/book collection entertain the guest when the weather is not quite so cooperative. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed (180x200) and one with two single beds (100x200, high-quality box spring beds!), both with access to the large balcony with unobstructed view. A desk is available as a workplace. Also on the upper floor is the modern shower room with double washbasin, where you can start your day in a relaxed way. A second guest WC is also available
The highlight on the first floor is certainly the cosy reading room with panoramic window overlooking the garden....here you can wonderfully unwind.
A brand new wellness area with infrared sauna, large shower and relaxation lounger is available to guests on the ground floor.
The house has easy-care laminate flooring on the ground floor and light-coloured carpet or wipe-clean flooring on the upper floor, and a washing machine. A child/baby equipment consisting of travel cot, high chair, stair gate and toilet attachment can be provided free of charge on request

In a quiet forest location, in the smallest town in Germany, in the idyllic arnis, is situated this newly furnished and tastefully equipped holiday home, an ideal base for families with several children or couples travelling together. The Schlei beach with protected swimming Bay is only 80 m on a small trail, which passes next to the House. For children there is a playground and for the big bowls with a barbecue area.

Cosy holiday home for feeling good.
We stayed with our family for the second time in this beautiful and cozy vacation home, and for good reason: The vacation home is lovingly and tastefully furnished, you immediately feel at home and have everything you need on site. The vacation starts the moment you open the door, and even bad weather doesn't matter. It's not far to the Schlei and a small playground, and the walk to Arnis or Kappeln is doable in wind and weather. The landlords are friendly, helpful, and you always feel welcome with them. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in this absolutely beautiful house from April 22nd to 29th, 2017. The 5 stars are well-deserved and the pictures are actually understated. The house is tastefully furnished and the living room on the upper floor is also wonderful! The garden is beautiful and the surroundings are amazing. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We went there with our dog and had wonderful walks. The house was super clean. Thanks to Mrs. Laedke! Our request for Dreamer bedding was even fulfilled for us. From the filled firewood basket in front of the fireplace to the filled soap dispensers in all bathrooms and toilets, and the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. Perfect! Just a small note: it would be nice to have a holder for shampoo and shower soap in the showers. My father is not so mobile anymore and bending down was a bit difficult. But that's just a suggestion. Hopefully all guests treat this house well, including dog owners!!! Fish dishes are great at the "Fährhaus".
