Description
This cosy holiday home in Greetsiel with its wooden beam ceiling is built in the old Frisian style, but with the latest standards. It offers plenty of space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable leather suite and modern wardrobe combination. A large TV, Blu-ray player, internet connection via WLan and telephone to the German landline are available.
In the modern open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a cooker with ceramic hob, a microwave, a fully automatic coffee machine and a coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso milk frother, egg boiler and kettle ..... The dining area is furnished with a large dining table and 6 chairs. A high chair is also available for the little ones.
A bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, as is a bathroom with an almost ground-level shower and 2-metre-high glass doors.
Two further bedrooms are on the upper floor - 1 with a double bed (1.80x2.00 m) + baby cot and 1 with 2 single beds (each 1 x 2 m).
In the first bedroom there is a cosy relax armchair as well as a 42-inch LCD TV. Between the two rooms is the second shower room with WC.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and are equipped with towel warmers and hairdryers.
In the separate utility room on the ground floor, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, hoover and a freezer for sufficient ice supply in summer.
A comfortably furnished terrace with a large glass roof and radio-controlled awning and a large, beautifully landscaped and fenced garden with beach chair offer plenty of space for play, fun and relaxation.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet, well-kept residential street and is only a few minutes away from the picturesque Kutterhafen and the historic centre of Greetsiel.
Nearby are the swimming pool "Oase", the Lükko lighthouse playhouse for small children, a large adventure playground, mini-golf, a new and modern fitness course, the very well-stocked Edeka market, several bakeries, doctor's and dentist's office and pharmacy.
The 600-year-old historic fishing and artists' village of Greetsiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast is part of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea and was included in the World Heritage List in 2009.
The idyllic harbour with its 25 shrimp trawlers is surrounded by historic gabled buildings and is considered by connoisseurs to be the "doll's house" of the entire North Sea coast.
Greetsiel also has a lot to offer in the way of culinary delights. There should be something to suit every taste!
Boat trips and round trips are offered from Greetsiel harbour during the season.
You can't just describe Greetsiel - you have to experience it!
