* On the ground floor, a wood-burning stove provides a pleasant atmosphere.
* Garden furniture and a charcoal grill are available.
* Each flat is equipped with a TV and radio.
* There is a boot dryer in the entrance area.
* Smoking in the house is not allowed.
* We also lend snowshoes to our guests by arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located on a 900 m² nature plot, in a holiday home settlement, approx. 400 m outside the village, directly at a mountain meadow and directly at the forest.
Gehlberg is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, near the Schneekopf, 4 km from the Rennsteig and 15 km from Oberhof.
Here you can enjoy nature and tranquillity, go hiking, mountain biking, tobogganing in winter, snowshoeing or explore the Thuringian Forest on cross-country skis. It is also ideal if you simply want to relax and your children like to romp in nature.
With snowshoes cross-country or touring skis you can start directly from the house.

additional information about rental price:
| Each floor can also be rented separately, for 4-5 people. Bed linen, towels and tea towels as well as the consumption costs are already included in the rental price. Baby travel cot and high chair are available free of charge if required. In addition, we charge the local visitor's tax of 2.00 € per guest and night, children from 6 years pay 1.00 €. The guest card allows you to use the Rennsteig line free of charge. You can find the occupancy plan for each floor on our website (hausambrand). At Christmas and New Year we only rent out the entire house with a minimum stay of 6 nights. Accordingly, the prices for Christmas and New Year apply to the entire house, with an occupancy of 8 to max. 10 people. |

- Danach berechnen wir 85 % des Mietprieses. Sofern wir das Haus in der Zeit doch noch kurzfristig vermieten können, reduziert sich die Stornierungsgebühr entsprechend. Die Mindeststornierungsgebühr beträgt jedoch 40,00 € für den Bearbeitungsaufwand.
