The sunny holiday home with 2 fantastic large terraces totalling 40 m² (17 m² for the living room, 23 m² on the roof terrace that can hardly be seen from the outside) is completely renovated and newly, brightly and modernly furnished. Person 3 and 4 sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, 2 persons in the master bedroom with TV, air conditioning and aluminium window with double glazing, mosquito net and shutter. There you will also find a large wardrobe with safe.

This flat, dsa Penthouse Caramelo de Capistrano, Hibiscos 41, can be rented with up to 4 people - the sofa bed in the living room (145x200) can be converted quickly and easily.
Above you in this building, there is only your own roof terrace. Yet there are only 19 steps from the street to the flat's entrance! It is the resort's hillside location that makes this possible.
From the roof terrace, you will enjoy spectacular 360° panoramic views. From the large south-facing terrace directly in front of the living room, you also have stunning views of palm trees and the sea, almost tropical.
The flat is stylishly and brightly decorated and equipped with every comfort. The Mediterranean décor completes the holiday feeling.
2 air conditioners, 2 dig. Flat-Sat -TVs (with all German channels), Netflix paid, Spotify Premium too - and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, etc.
You will find shutters on almost all windows and mosquito nets.
The music system is by Philips and includes CD.
There are plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture on the terraces, as well as a brick modern outdoor barbecue.

The ideal location of the holiday home brings you in only 3 minutes by car to the beautiful Burriana beach and 5 minutes to the centre and the beautiful old town of Nerja.
In approx. 10-15 minutes by car to the east (nature reserve) you will reach undeveloped natural dream beaches.
The centre and the historic town centre of Nerja can also be reached by bus - directly from the complex. Here you will find a uniquely beautiful old town atmosphere and modern tourist requirements in perfect harmony - for your ideal bathing, cultural and sports holiday.
5 beautiful and individual city beaches invite you to sunbathe, take a walk and, of course, enjoy fish and red wine on the beach in the evening. Showers, toilets etc. are available here.
A little further east, there are wonderful natural beaches, some undeveloped, some with a small restaurant integrated into the rocky coves.
The resort is located on the green 'holidayy' east side of Nerja. The Cerro Gordo nature reserve is only a stone's throw away, just behind Maro.
The nearest 2 very large supermarkets are just 2 minutes away by car.
Nerja, sometimes called the Marbella of the eastern Costa del Sol, is a good choice for a perfect holiday.
The beautiful seaside resort with approx. inhabitants nestles against the chain of hills of the Sierra Almijara and stretches with its foothills to the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. Here you will find 5 beautiful beaches.
The most famous, Playa Burriana, is located at the foot of the 'Capistrano' hill, only about 3 minutes by car from our flats. Nerja's centre with its beautiful old town is 5 minutes away by car.
The Capistrano region in the green, picturesque east of Nerja is one of the most popular holiday regions in the area. To the east, you can cycle or walk to a nature reserve (Cerro Gordo) with a natural stone watchtower and hidden beaches.
Majestically towering over the town centre of Nerja, you will find the idyllic San Juan de Capistrano, one of Nerja's most beautiful districts. Greenly nestled in the natural park directly above, this picturesque resort with 500 units is an architectural masterpiece and looks like a small village, a typical 'Pueblo Blanco' in Andalusia.
With only rocks and pine trees above, the flower-filled picturesque resort lies just 5 minutes from the centre of Nerja, as if in a world of its own. Tropical gardens and a magnificent large pool area offer you the perfect holiday oasis.

The living room is not disturbed at night because the bedroom, hallway and bathroom are separated from the living room by an additional door. Therefore, the living room (at night) is definitely a fully-fledged additional bedroom.
