This apartment is on the fourth floor on the north-western side of the STER FLAT. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the beach and lake. It is suitable for max. 2 persons.
Apartment Layout: entrance hall with toilet, bathroom with shower, living room (30m²), kitchen (6m²), bedroom (14m²) with two single beds.
A balcony with beautiful views.
Also available: dishwasher, electric oven, combi microwave, (Digitaal) TV, radio / CD / DVD player, wireless Internet connection (WLAN).
We rent the whole year round. In principle, for a weekend, from Monday to Friday or entire weeks (in summer only whole weeks). Furthermore, there is a parking permit available. Bicycles can be parked on a wish.
Prices are based on 2 people.
Pets allowed after consultation
In all seasons you can spend a nice weekend or a week to relax in our cozy village. Egmond aan Zee has extensive forests, dunes and heath areas and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for Nature, a haven for sun worshipers! Egmond is above all a really nice village for your recovery.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam.

Jeder Zeit wieder...
Von fast allen Zimmern schaut man direkt auf den Strand. Vom Balkon aus kann man zudem in die Dünenlandschaft schauen. Durch ihre Lage und die stilvolle Einrichtung ist die Wohnung für ein paar Tage am Strand ein Traum - auch wenn es einmal regnet kann man vom Sofa aus das Meer beobachten und es sich dort gemütlich machen...

Das Hineinfahren in die Garage mit längeren Autos ist sehr schwierig. W-lan und Fernsehen haben 5 Tage lang nicht funktioniert - und offenbar war die Störung bereits bekannt. Ansonsten ist C 119 hochgradig funktionell ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Großartiges Ambiente.

Alles war perfekt sauber und es war auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten waren seht gut. Der Ausblick mit Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden auch ein drittes Mal gerne wiederkommen. Der neue Eingang hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Es gefällt uns alles sehr gut. Wir sind schon mind. das 4. Mal in Sterflat No. 119. Gute gemütliche Ausstattung. Wir fühlen uns wie Zuhause. Uns haben die neuen Betten und das neue Sofa gefallen. Man sieht, dass die Wohnung gepflegt wird. Wir haben schon für April und November gebucht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster umwerfend. Dass sich die Toilette nicht im Bad befindet, fand ich persönlich gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Obwohl sich so viele Wohnungen in dem Haus befinden, ist es sehr ruhig. Tagsüber und auch nachts. Und was mich als Hundehalter sehr gefreut hat, man ist sofort am Strand. Besser geht es nicht.
