Our house is only 10 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the nearest sandy beach. We offer accommodation in 2 apartments for 2 to 8 people.
Apartment 1 for 2-6 persons, two double rooms, living room with sofa for 2 persons, furnished kitchen and bathroom. Each room has a balcony with a sea view. (55m2)
Apartment 2 for 2-4 persons, one double room, living room with sofa, furnished kitchen and bathroom.(45m2).
The apartment has a small balcony overlooking the garden.
Apartment 3 for 2-4 persons, one double room, living room with sofa, furnished kitchen and bathroom.(50m2). Sea and garden view.
Studio for 2 people, located on the first floor, consists of a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony.
The price includes free wifi, air conditioning, parking, bed linen.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is situated in Banjol right next to the coast. It is surrounded with olive-groves, aromatic herbs, palm trees and agaves, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. It has been accommodating Croatian and foreign tourists for many years now. You also have a mooring, a parking space, a garden and a big terrace at your disposal. A restaurant (10m), rent-a-boat, a derrick and a store (200m) are within reach. You can barbecue in the front yard as well. The old city center, the post office, the clinic and the pharmacy are at a 2 km distance from here. When we say Rab, we have the whole island in mind, 93,6 km2 in size, with small places called Banjol, Barbat, Kampor, Lopar, Mundanije, Palit and Supetarska Draga, but the crown of them all is RAB, the most beautiful place the island was named after. This typically Mediterranean narrowly-built urban entity has reminded some literature aspiring writer of a big white ship anchored in harbour, a ship with four masts – four tall church-towers.
The clean sea, numerous different beaches, rich vegetation, cultural events, cuisines and nightlife make this island a perfect location for recuperation.

We recommend it to all those who appreciate peace, high standard, and the kindness of the hostess.
The offer presented on the website fully corresponds to reality. The property is tastefully and elegantly furnished, at the highest level, with everything that may potentially be needed. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and three terraces. The views from the terraces are beautiful at any time of day. The cleanliness of the entire property is the result of Martina's exceptional care. The surroundings are full of greenery and wonderful, well-maintained flowers. The numerous beaches in the area are not far away. Throughout our stay, we felt Martina's care, who took care of our needs and well-being. We were fully taken care of. We sincerely recommend this property to demanding individuals. Thank you, Martina.
