Our house is situated on a large plot at the end of Vitte, only m from the beach and a few steps from the Hiddensee Heath. It has 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 full-size beds.
Our spacious holiday home (built in 2004, completely renovated in January 2014) has approx. 70 sqm, is very comfortably equipped and can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor with underfloor heating is the spacious living and dining area with upholstered suite, satellite TV and DVD player, the kitchenette (with dishwasher) and a shower room (with hairdryer). Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (currently pushed together). One bedroom leads to the spacious attic with 2 separate beds.
The large garden adjoining the south terrace invites you to play and romp around.
Washing machine and dryer are available to our guests in an outbuilding all year round.
From May to the end of September, our guests have their own beach chair directly on the beach.
For our little guests we have a huge box of Lego Duplo bricks, for the whole family a (board) game collection.
On the day of arrival, a handcart for your luggage is ready at the harbour in Vitte. This is at your disposal throughout your stay, for example for shopping.

Our house is situated on a 1000 sqm plot at the southern end of Vitte, only m from the beach and a few steps from the Hiddenseer Heide. The kilometre-long dog beach can be reached in about 200 metres. Vitte is one of four villages on the island of Hiddensee. In Vitte you will find shopping facilities, the tent cinema, a puppet theatre and numerous gastronomic establishments.
Vitte stretches along the fine sandy western beach of the island.

Die Rücktrittsgebühren betragen: a. vom Beginn des Mietvertrages bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 25% des Mietpreises b. von 59 bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50% des Mietpreises c. von 44 bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 75% des Mietpreises d. ab 29 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 100 % des Mietpreises unter der Voraussetzung, dass eine Wiedervermietung der Ferienwohnung nicht möglich war. In jedem Fall wird eine Buchungsgebühr in Höhe von € 50,00 einbehalten. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
