Description
Our holiday home offers a holiday flat for 4-6 people and a flat for 2-3 people. Both units have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a separate bathroom with shower, heating, SAT-TV, W-LAN, air conditioning, barbecue facilities and each has its own terrace with seating set, sun loungers and parasol. An outdoor shower allows you to quickly shower off the salt water or simply refresh yourself when it is too warm.
The units can be rented together or separately.
We have 6 grandchildren ourselves and are equipped with many things to make a family holiday more relaxing: games for indoors and outdoors, books for young and old, bobby car, tricycle, baby cot can be provided.

Absolute proximity to the sea
From our holiday home it is only a 2-minute walk to the Adriatic Sea - a well-laid-out beach invites you to swim and sunbathe - another bathing opportunity, ideal for children due to the long shallow sandy bottom in the sea, is only 5 minutes further in a small bay. Otherwise, the seabed is, as almost everywhere in Croatia, coarse pebbly - bathing is still fun with bathing shoes or by using the existing bathing ladders. Our house is located almost at the end of the village in a small, quiet side street. There are walks along the sea or into the olive gardens. Nearby you can buy products from our own garden. On the way to the small bay is a very nice beach cafe/restaurant where you can watch the sun sink into the sea in the evening with a glass of red wine.

Peace and quiet in a small village
The village of Kozino has a village character and much of its original charm has been preserved. Many olive gardens characterise the village and convey a Mediterranean flair and cosiness. 2 well-stocked "markets" allow shopping in the village, 5 restaurants invite you to dine. A new playground has been built for small children and for older children and their parents there is a new climbing course with different levels of difficulty in the middle of the pine forest. You have the possibility to discover 2 lively little neighbouring villages on foot or to reach the beautiful old town of Zadar in 10 minutes by bus or your own car.

It was perfect.
We (4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5 years) booked the entire ground floor with Mrs. Dusper. We booked the apartment for my parents-in-law and the holiday apartment for ourselves. We were already greeted with coffee during check-in in the morning. Everything was very clean. We felt super comfortable right away. The hosts are great. Very accommodating. Whether fresh bed linen or excursion tips. The distance to the sea is fantastic. And after a great day at the beach, the outdoor shower was always gladly used. Without hesitation to recommend ??

We can only recommend
The flat is located about 300 metres from the sea, in a quiet area. It is relatively small, but sufficient for 2 adults. We were able to sit on the terrace and relax very well
The landlady gave us many very good tips for excursions and very good restaurants
We felt very comfortable all around and can only recommend the flat.

Very nice holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday in great surroundings. The flat is suitable for families, was very clean and very well equipped. The terrace is cosy and we could sunbathe as well as sit in the shade
Despite the summer heat, the flat remained pleasantly tempered and we were able to sleep well at night.
The landlady is very friendly and helpful, thank you for the good tips on our excursions!
The beach is only a two-minute walk away, the water is wonderfully clear and the children were able to jump into the sea already in the morning :-).
We can recommend the flat and would love to come back!

Vacation feels like coming home.
very friendly, just like coming home on vacation, very nice location, the apartment very clean and bright, worth a trip over and over again. Would love to come by again or even more often. For a wonderful vacation.

Very nice!
We had a lovely holiday in this holiday apartment and area. Beforehand, we had already been in contact via email, where we could ask our questions and always received a clear answer! The reception was very nice and friendly. For us, the apartment was not very big with 5 people and especially it was not easy to store our own luggage, but luckily the weather was great and we spent most of the time outside, where there are plenty of seating options! There is plenty to do and see in the area and the sea is only a minute's walk away! The children had a great time with the boat provided by Mrs. Dusper.
