Christmas/New Year's Eve 2023/24 already occupied). Last minute price until 1.5.2023 from Fr. 120.00/day. From 1.5.23 the summer price applies.

CRAPANAIRA is a detached 5½ room family house on two floors with 9 beds and has been renovated in a modern way. (With an extended sofa, even 11 people can stay overnight). The house is located between the villages of Surava and Alvaneu-Bad, in the hamlet of "Pro Quarta", in the Albula Valley Graubünden. The property is suitable for older children and teenagers. Very ideal also for holidays with two families or with grandparents together. But also as a couple or alone you can enjoy beautiful holidays.
On the ground floor there is a small bedroom. A modern dining and living room with open kitchen. Direct access to the very large balcony. WC/shower is also on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are a total of 4 rooms with oversized additional skylights: 3 bedrooms with 1 - 4 beds and a bathroom with WC. For details see our homepage
In the cellar there is a laundry room for use, as well as a ski room. No garage can be used.
The grounds around the house offer plenty of space for playing and sunbathing. New, beautiful garden house with covered seating area and view towards Albula.
In summer your family dog is welcome. Three rolls of pasture fence are available for your family dog to fence in the property as required.
The Albula valley is an ideal starting point for all summer and winter sports. New Year's Eve 2023/24 already occupied.

Location and surroundings of object
The Crapanaira holiday home is located in the hamlet of Pro Quarta between the villages of Surava and Alvaneu Bad. It stands alone with plenty of space. Motorway A3, then change to A13 direction Chur, follow until exit 22 Thusis-Süd. Then St. Moritz/Tiefencastel direction Tiefencastel, at the roundabout 2nd exit direction Albula, follow all Albulastrasse resp. main road. After the station (Bahnhof) Surava approx. 1km, straight on at the junction, then after 200m on the left: ARRIVAL and holidays! The hiking, biking and skiing areas of Lenzerheide and Savognin are 15-20 minutes away. Savognin: The children's paradise.
Surava and Alvaneu Bad belong to the new large municipality of ALBULA and are part of the new Naturparc ELA, the largest nature park in Switzerland under construction (over 1,000 km of marked hiking trails). You can swim all year round in the converted Lenzerheide sports centre. In summer, the Lai Barnagn bathing lake in Savognin invites you to linger. Golf course in Alvaneu Bad (approx. 2 km away).
Lenzerheide - Arosa is one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland. With 225 kilometres of snow-assured pistes and record-breaking sunny days, the new winter paradise is definitely worth a visit.
