The large caravan has 2 double beds and another double bed can be placed in the awning (surcharge € 5 each for 5th and 6th person).mini kitchen with refrigerator gas cooker and sink. WC with washbasin and integrated shower. Water in tanks for refilling. There is a very spacious outdoor shower for "mother with children"; running hot cold . A large dining table for 6 persons is in the awning and can be opened to the sun terrace with 2 zips.
Around the house there are several places to sit and lie down, depending on the position of the sun.
A guest fridge in the house for everyone is always full of what you want.

Our target group are guests who know that they are staying on an active farm and prefer healthy food.
We are not an all inclusive beach hotel with Sagrotan guarantee checked by the woman with the white gloves.
Nevertheless, our AIRBNB guests have rated us with 9.7 points. But we are not willing to lock our more than 50 animals in cages because of 0.3 points and then have to pump them full of antibiotics.

Location and surroundings of object
The nature farm is located in a BIOTOP reserve, which means that the beach may not be "exploited" for mass tourism. On 2 km to the right, each group of guests has 100 m² of space and more. A single taverna on 2 km is protected. On the beach there is a cave, there you always lie in the shade. 2 km to the left is the famous Anthony Quinn Bay, I will gladly take you there by car or pick you up. A golf course is 1.2 km away at the end of the BIOTOP. There are plenty of hiking trails in the BIOTOP. After 3 km comes the town of Faliraki, the Ballermann 6 of the island. Here you can go shopping and karaoke 24 hours a day.
Rhodes is 78 x 26km, with one car you can drive around the island 10 times a day. The bus stop to the two most beautiful attractions Rhodes Town and Lindos is 500 m from the farm and a bus leaves every 20 min. You only need to rent a car here 1-2 times and we recommend the drive. Airport transfer (25 km) we do for 25 Euro.

In the guest fridge there are always drinks, fruit & vegetables as well as homemade grappa, egg liqueur and Baylis with our ice cream for a small price. In this way, all-inclusive is exactly accounted for and not as a lump sum as in a hotel, where often half the food ends up in the rubbish. Although our animal area still forms a long food chain after our guests. They also get everything fresh like our guests.
A price list for each guest hangs on the fridge where the guest confidently enters his or her consumption.
Extreme meat and sausage (fr)eaters pay 50% extra and are additionally supplied with high quality bought-in products, emulsifier/water mixture sausage/cheese and antibiotic meat from the supermarket may not be brought into the farm.

Health holiday
a 14-day holiday with full board and organic food for a family of 4 on an almost empty beach in a quiet location for 2300 euros (1200 of which for the flight) is a model for the travel industry. At Neppermann & Co. the cheapest was 6000. In front of the front door (500 m) every 20 min. a bus to all other highlights. No rental car necessary and the small transfers to other beaches and the Nightlive in Falirakei up to 5 km were included here
The food always freshly harvested, the children looking for eggs and feeding the animals. It was a lot of fun for everyone and we learned a lot about how easy it is to eat healthy. We clicked on romantic holidays because the host made a bonfire with our children in the garden and we made a bonfire alone on the beach with red wine. We will do that again.

After 30 years of building pipelines in over 100 countries, I started a boat rental business in AKYARLAR on the Bodrum TR peninsula in 2006. This is how 5 holiday homes were added until 2012. At the beginning of 2015, these 5 houses were on the first 5 places in the internal ranking of FEWO-direkt of offered houses in Turkey, mainly because of the most and best reviews and certainly because we had the only holiday houses with motorboat. We were fully booked even in winter with long-term renters. But in the winter of 2015, not only did we not get any bookings, no one asked for holidays in Turkey anymore. As our small village Akyarlar was only 5 km away from the island KOS, about refugees passed through our village that year. They all needed boats to get to KOS. And so all our 3 boats were gone, you could have at least asked. And in July 2016 we were gone too. On Rhodes I found the dream farm and now we are here 0 signs
