The cosy holiday flat offers space for 4 people. 1 x double bed (each 90x200cm), bunk beds in the children's room (each 90x200cm), as well as 1 baby travel cot (Hauck) if required.
The flat is fully equipped and is located at the end of a corridor. The balcony faces the lake (south/southeast). If desired, all rooms can be darkened by roller shutters.
For allergy sufferers possibly interesting: Laminate and tiles are available in the rooms.

Haus Berolina offers lifts, a swimming pool (15 x 8m, water depth 1.35m) which can be used free of charge by our guests during opening hours, solarium, table tennis room, bicycle cellar and several sun terraces. Washing machines and dryers are available in several central rooms for a fee.
We also offer WLAN. Dahme is located in the Lübeck Bay and awaits you with approx. 1600 hours of sunshine per year and a beach promenade of almost 2 km. The great location of the flat in the former fishing village and now Baltic Sea spa Dahme is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions or activities. Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 56 days before the day of arrival.
- Sofern der Mieter mit der Anzahlung und/oder der Restzahlung um mehr als 10 Tage in Verzug gerät, ist der Vermieter berechtigt, den Vertrag ohne weitere Gründe fristlos zu stornieren und die Wohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Für eine Stornierung (deren Gründe beim Mieter liegen) bis 56 Tage vor Anreisetag werden für entstandenen Aufwand Verwaltungskosten in Höhe von 30,-- EUR fällig. Gleiches gilt bei einem Rücktritt seitens des Mieters. Im Fall einer Stornierung bzw. bei Rücktritt vom Vertrag seitens des Mieters gelten folgende Ausfallentschädigungen, sofern die Wohnung nicht anderweitig vermietet werden kann: - 20% des ursprünglich vereinbarten Mietpreises ab 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn - 50% des ursprünglich vereinbarten Mietpreises bei weniger als 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn Eine Stornierung / Kündigung kann nur schriftlich (Fax, Email oder Brief) erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung beim Vermieter. Der Vermieter bemüht sich, die Wohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. Es empfiehlt sich grundsätzlich, eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen.
