Detached house for 6 people, the magnificent beach of Zeeland can be reached on foot.
The "Duinvlinder" welcomes its guests with a comfortable, evocative and lovely furnishings and a beautiful and large garden.
A Walhalla for the children. With a reading corner, toys and games. Even adults can really relax in this house. The various decorated with lots of atmosphere corner offer rest and relaxation with views of the garden well landscaped.
Gorgeous beds in the 3 bedrooms and everywhere enough cupboard space.
From the fully equipped kitchen you go directly into the garden. In the living room there is a reading area with comfortable cane chairs, international books, magazines, games and children's toys. In the sitting area with large sofas flatscreen TV, DVD player and an open fireplace with gas stove. Wi-Fi is free.
Two bathrooms with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet in the hallway. In kitchen adjoining room are the washer / Wächetrockner combination, deck chairs for the garden and a Bolderwagen with beach toys.
The bicycles can be accommodated under the carport or in the storeroom. The car park is suitable for 2 car.
In short, the `Duinvlinder` is a very complete holiday home near the lighthouse and the beautiful nature of Nieuw-Haamtede!

In Nieuw Haamstede is a small supermarket for daily needs. Bike rentals and restaurants are also just minutes away. Nieuw Haamstede (Zeeland, Netherlands)
Nieuw-Haamstede is located at the head of Schouwen. It is especially popular with tourists who love peace and nature. The stretched out beaches are the reason for many guests to come back regularly to this beautiful part of the Netherlands. The area was chosen as one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.
An ideal place to relax and leave the worries of everyday life behind. With children, dog on the beach or just the peace in the solitude of the dunes.
The area is wonderful in every season.
The shortest way through the dunes to the beach of Nieuw Haamstede is the 600m long "Vuurtorenpad".
The beach has various facilities. At the foot of the "Vuurtorenpad" there is parking for cars and bicycles. There is a toilet block with washing facilities, which is open 24 hours. There is a beach pavilion where you can rent beach cabins and beach chairs.
You can enter the beach at any time of the year. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. (Between 10:00 - 19:00). Between 15 September and 15 May the dogs are allowed to walk free.
On the "Meeuwenduinen" (The Seagulls Dunes) (220 ha) you have limited access due to the breeding season. From March 15th to July 15th you can only enter the marked path with organized escort. It is very calming and enlightening to get to know these dunes!

Dream holiday in a dream house
We found an absolute oasis of well-being here. We gave the interior a perfect 1+.
The only point of criticism that could be mentioned is the relatively long distance to the beach with an older dog.

Beautiful holiday home near the beach
Tastefully furnished, spacious holiday home perfect for families with children. Many toys available. Well-kept, fenced garden. We felt very comfortable and would rent the holiday home again at any time.

Geräumiges Haus nahe am Strand
Duinvlinder ist ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, modernes und geräumiges Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist man sehr schnell am schönen Strand von Nieuw-Haamstede. Bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen wäre etwas mehr Geschirr, insbesondere große, flache Teller und mehr Gläser und große Kaffeetassen schön gewesen. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus und der Garten mit den gemütlichen Korbsesseln sehr gut gefallen.
