This villa is located in the beautiful village of Ratzakli, between the bustling village of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios, at very short distance of the two. The port of Poros, which connects the island with mainland Greece is only fifteen minutes by car.
Built on a hill overlooking the village, this single storey villa is quietly located on a large plot surrounded by gardens with beautiful flowers and offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea, the Mouda bay and Zakynthos island(Zante).
It is located at 1400 meters from the large sandy beach of Kaminia ending on the south by the beach of Mouda where you can sunbathe in peace.

This villa is comfortable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, but can accommodate up to 6 people with a sofa-bed in the living room, (a cot can be added free of charge on request).
A large terrace of 75 m2 surrounds the pool, where you can sunbathe in complete privacy, with a private pool directly accessible from the living room and bedrooms, with magnificent sea views. This terrace is equipped with the furniture for take meals outside.
The living room overlooks the terrace and is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite reception and DVD player.
The bedroom overlooking the terrace is equipped with a double bed, while the other nature-oriented room has two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob recessed, wall oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, ... .
All the rooms are air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans.
Windows and bay windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.
All the household linen is provided.
The end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
You can access the Internet with Wifi network.
The owners, (French-Greek family), will be on the spot to accomodate you and make your stay unforgettable.
They can take you on a day trip with his sailboat to discover unique landscapes.

The island of Kefalonia, also known under the name of Cephallenia, Cephallonia, Kefallinia, or Kefallonia ( old Greek :Κεφαλληνία ; Modern Greek : Κεφαλλονιά or Κεφαλονιά, is the largest of the Ionian islands in Western Greece with a surface of 906 km2. It is located between the island of Zakynthos in the south, the island of Lefkada (Lefkas) in the north and the island of Ithaca in the north-east.
The island is baptized name of the mythological figure Kefalos.
The capital of the island is Argostoli which counts a third of the inhabitants of the island. The small town of Lixouri is the second city, and these two cities receive the two-thirds of the population of the island. (see the plan of the island lower)
Many villages of Kefalonia bear a name ending in "ATA", like Lourdata, Favata, Delaportata, etc
The island is covered by a dense vegetation and offers a great range of landscapes of a rare beauty, including understanding superb beaches good number are inaccessible ground, as well as spectacular caves. The highest mountain of Kefalonia is the Ainos mount which culminates at 1628m; at the west-north-west are the Paliki mounts.
The forest is exploited on some sites of the island. Forest fires were current during the Nineties, which encouraged the public authorities to set up a service of monitoring allowing not to know the same wave of fires as that which occurred in 2006 and 2007 in the Peloponnese.
Agriculture is dominated by the breeding and the production of olives. The majority of the production takes place in the plains that cover less than 15% of the island; the breeding relates to mainly the goats because of the mountainous character of the island.
Kefalonia has an airport, the airport of Kephallinia (Kefallinia, Argostolion: EFL), located at approximately 10 kilometers of Argostoli. Scheduled flights connect the island to Athens, There are also charters coming from certain European cities (London for example).
