Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a quiet residential cul de sac only 350m from the main beach in Mimice far away from mass tourism. Mimice is a small tourist village, located on the Omis Riviera. Mimice has some treasures to offer: crystal clear water, 3 km long sandy beaches, the scent and the beauty of the thick pine forest, which is widely considered a protected cultural heritage, numerous walking paths that link the area along the coast that are proud of their old Dalmatian architecture , to the highest peaks of the mountain. Due to its natural and cultural riches Mimice plays from the very beginning an important role in tourism along the Riviera Omis.
Mimice is until today its long tradition to offer a comfortable accommodation and hospitality of its inhabitants to of traditional Dalmatian cuisine, wine, song and entertainment.

Mehr schein als sein
Der Kühlschrank war am anfang defekt so wie vom Gefrierfach die Tür dazu würde die Tür vom Gefrierfach mit großen Klebestreifen befestigt. Ameisen liefen auf der küchenzeile täglich rum und Morgen waren Kakerlaken unter dem Bett. Die duschen waren undicht und was auch nicht so toll war das auch die Nachbarschaft den Pool genutzt hat. Möbel waren ausgenutzt vor allen war das sofa schon so vermutzt. Die Matratzen von den betten sind auch schon etwas älter.

Super nette Vermieter, alles sehr sauber
Wohnungen und Umgebung der Hammer. Aussicht super. Strände sehr gepflegt.

Einfach perfekt
Tolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter, ein erholsamer Urlaub.
Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, da die Unterkunft in höherer Lage ist. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist, kann man auch mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Es hat einen Supermarkt im Ort und einige kleine Cafés und Restaurants.

Großartiger Urlaub
Das war einfach ein ganz toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Lage perfekt, weit oben auf dem Berg und deshalb mit phantastischer Aussicht gesegnet und herrlich ruhig.
Der Vermieter war jeden Tag vor Ort und immer erreichbar und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Inklusive waren Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, für die Spülmaschine waren Reiniger vorhanden etc. Es gab so kleine nette Extras. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
