Nice short vacation
Clean, well-maintained good accommodation. Hosts are friendly and always available. Quiet, beautiful surroundings. We have been to Usedom many times and we loved it again. Thank you very much.

Enttäuscht über Vermieter
Mein Mann und ich waren im vorigen Jahr zweimal in der Ferienwohnung. Im Winter würde sehr sparsam geheizt wir sollten den Kamin befeuern. Im ganzen Haus befinden sich Schilder, wie man sich verhalten sollen und was man zu lassen hat. Das haben wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung erlebt. Im Sommer hat es fast ununterbrochen geregnet, noch nicht einmal die Heizung im Bad konnten wir anstellen. Ein durchrosteter grill war die Krönung, durch diesen gab es noch Streit mit Herrn Hoba un er würde beleidigend. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Great accommodation
We had a wonderful vacation here! The vacation rental is very pretty and equipped with everything necessary. If you want to go on vacation with children, the garden is especially advantageous. The location is quiet and it doesn't take too long to get to the beach. The hosts are also very nice and uncomplicated! Until next time!

Herrlich Ausspannen!
..ja das kann man hier. gemütlich am kamin auch bei schmuddelwetter. tagsüber waren wir am Strand spazieren . Es war toll.

Mal richtig erholen
Ein gemütliches, geräumiges und sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man so im Urlaubs-Alltag braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Gastfamilie ist super nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in der Stille, die man als Stadtmensch gar nicht mehr kennt, richtig gut erholt.
Auch bei weniger gutem Wetter bietet die Umgebung viel zum Unternehmen. Die urige Sitzecke am Haus haben wir täglich zum Grillen und Sternegucken genutzt. Strand ist zu Fuß mit Kleinkind in genau 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Geschäfte, Bank, Touristeninfo und Restaurants auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus ist jede Menge Lesestoff und Spielzeug vorhanden. Ganz super. Empfehlen wir gern weiter.

Tolle Tage
Wir waren im Juni im Ferienhaus Ostseebrise und es hat uns prima gefallen. Gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten Sonnenwetter und konnten die Terrasse nutzen. Es war rundum ein toller Kurzurlaub.

Schmuckes Häuschen
Zentral gelegenes herziges Häuschen. Es braucht kein Auto wenn man in Karlshagen unterwegs ist. Es hat alles was man braucht im Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zum Geburtstag gab es von ihnen sogar eine Flasche Sekt geschenkt.
Wir waren mit einem Kind dort. Es hatte sogar Spielsachen für unseren 5- jährigen Sohn!

Wir sind vollstens zufrieden . Das sind in allen Punkten volle 5 Sterne . Famillie Hoba sind eine Super nette Famillie . Und sagen euch auch was den so auf der Insel Usedom ( Karlshagen ) abgeht.Die Räumlichkeiten der Ferienwohnung sind super gepflegt und hat super aufteilungen . Wir köñnen euch das Bestens empfehlen.
