In the cosy and modern furnished holiday flat there are five bedrooms, a living room, two kitchens and two bathrooms on 190 m². The living room welcomes you with a nice sitting area with couch and armchairs as well as TV and stereo. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate cooker with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler. The large dining table comfortably seats 4-12 people. In the first bedroom there are 2 single beds and a wardrobe, in the second a bunk bed and the third bedroom is equipped with three single beds and a wardrobe. The modern, very spacious bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, 2 washbasins and a washing machine. The second bathroom with shower is located on the top floor of the holiday flat. Here you will also find a bedroom with three single beds and another large room with a mini-kitchen, a sitting area with TV and four single beds. You can relax on the balcony or on the terrace with table tennis table, garden furniture and charcoal grill
Car parking spaces and 2 carport parking spaces are available free of charge
Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge
All windows on the lower floor are equipped with high-quality roller shutters and the roof windows are equipped with sun protection markings and blackout blinds. There is at least one window with insect protection in every room.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated on the outskirts of the village with a secluded plot in a quiet residential area. A very small road runs in front of the house, which is only used by the few residents. A holiday flat on the 2nd floor of an idyllic country house in a small quiet village in the east of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Mölln is surrounded by meadows and forests in the middle of nature. Hiking, cycling and riding trails stretch through the vast countryside and invite you to go on discovery tours. A bathing lake is located at a distance of 3 km. Many other lakes as well as the Tollensesee and the Müritz are not far away and offer a variety of water sports. Shopping facilities and gastronomy are 5-9 km away. The next larger town of Neubrandenburg is about 13 km away. Here you will find a promenade, numerous restaurants and cafes, but also many cultural-historical monuments, churches and museums. The Old Castle in Penzlin, also about 10 km away, is known far beyond its borders for its museums of magic and witchcraft in Mecklenburg. Especially on Walpurgis Night and the penultimate weekend in August, the castle grounds are transformed into a historic marketplace.
