Positiv:
- geräumig,
- ruhige Lage,
- idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.
Negativ:
- Betten nur 1,90 m lang (gehört unbedingt in die Beschreibung),
- Schränke voll mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern - kein Platz für die eigenen Sachen,
- Elektroinstallation eindeutig nicht auf aktuellem Stand (teilweise bedenklich),
- in Sachen Sauberkeit besteht deutliches Verbesserungspotential,
- Haushaltsgeräte überaltert.
