Our house offers everything for a relaxing holiday - with equipment at home:
The ground floor:
Terrace with furniture for 6 people, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen fully staffed, large living / dining room combination with a German satellite TV / DVD and stereo.
On the 1st floor:
1 large double bedroom with a comfortable sofa area, 1 bathroom and a balcony.
The garden:
beautifully waxed, with barbecue, large swimming pool (4x8m), outdoor shower and parking for 3 cars.
For our guests also sun loungers, parasols, 5 bicycles and Vespa scooters available.

the cottage Casa Lobo in Miami Playa in the district "Costa Zefir".
This beautifully landscaped and tastefully decorated holiday house with tower has three bedrooms and a large living and dining area with attached kitchen. The house offers on 115m² of living space enough space for a relaxing holiday without compromise.
Downstairs you will find a spacious and very tastefully furnished living-dining room (32m²) with a German satellite TV and radio, and a DVD player with USB port. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a full hob and oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc ..
Two of the double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin are located in the rear of the ground floor.
In "Tower", the 1st floor, there is a studio (32m²) with comfortable sofa, double bed, balcony with sea view and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
The living room leads to the terrace with direct garden and pool access. The lovingly applied in detail outdoor area features a large swimming pool (4x8m) with outdoor shower, a BBQ and garden furniture, including sun loungers and parasols.
The washing machine located in the garage, and bicycles (5 pcs.) And the Vespa scooter (50cc) Feel free to share. (For cold days here is also the heater) in the house everything is there what you need for a carefree holiday.
The land (approximately 540m²) is completely enclosed by a wall and grown opaque. Here three cars can be parked safely, alternative parking is on the street sufficiently available. Your purchase at the grocery store or a restaurant visit can be done on foot (800m). An Internet cafe and a French bakery are with 300m walk around the corner from the sandy beach and the idyllic coves of Miami Playa is just around 1,000 meters.
Typical old Catalan towns, villages, harbors, lake, churches, monasteries and museum with history are waiting for you in Labberia (9km), Reus (25km), Tarragona (32km), Siruana (60km), Barcelona (120km) and Montserrat (105km ).
Cambrils (12km), Salou (20km) and the amusement park "Port Aventura" (second largest theme park in Europe to Disneyland Paris) invite you to the adventure, enjoy and shop.

Great villa at a bargain price
The reservation and booking went smoothly. The landlord described everything in detail, including tips. On site, we were surprised that everything matched the description or was even understated. Top price-performance ratio! We didn't miss anything in the household. The pool was regularly cleaned without us noticing. It took us 10 minutes by car to the beach, and 3 minutes on foot to the shopping center. We felt very comfortable, have already been there twice, and can recommend the villa.

Super Urlaub
Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem nicht auf Geselligkeit verzichten möchte ist hier richtig.
Ich habe mich hier regelmäßig sehr gut erholt. Tolle Vermieter mit denen man reden kann.
Auch die Leute vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
