Our cosy fully clinkered Swedish house in Hohenfelde for a maximum of 4 people (including children) is located in a quiet side street. You can reach the beautiful Hohenfelde beach (natural beach) in just 5 minutes on foot.
Hohenfelder Strand can be described as one of the last quiet oases on the German Baltic Sea coast (free of health resort tax). The beach is constantly reshaped by wind and water and offers good bathing opportunities with wonderfully refreshing Baltic Sea water.
The approx. 400m² property is fenced in and has 1 carport parking space. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and offers enough space for the children to play
The approx. 25m² living room is equipped with a wonderful rattan seating area, an HD-Sat TV, a Blu-Ray player with sound bar and IPod docking station as well as a music system (CD player/cassette recorder). The luxury corner fireplace (with integrated fan) provides cosy warmth on cool days
Furthermore, our holiday home has a fully equipped built-in wooden kitchen (multifunctional oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge with ice compartment, extractor bonnet, fondue set, bread slicer) with a cosy dining area as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Of course, the equipment also includes an ironing board with iron and a washing machine.
The small but fine parents' bedroom area has a romantic white double bed as well as 2 wardrobes. The children's room is particularly child-friendly due to the bunk bed (190x80cm each). There are also 2 wardrobes in the children's room.
All windows can be flexibly darkened by external blinds or roller blinds.
The heart of the house is the spacious conservatory, whose windows can be opened almost completely, thus transforming the room into a covered terrace. The conservatory is furnished with high-quality colonial-coloured rattan furniture that invites you to relax and dine. From the conservatory you can access the garden terrace.
In the garden shed (lockable) of the house you will find 3 bicycles with locks, a barbecue (1 bag of charcoal included) as well as the garden furniture (table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds) and the parasol

Please transfer the remaining amount to our account one month before the start of your holiday.
