It is 10 walking minutes to the marina, with all its bars, shops and restaurants, as well as to Quarteira, where one finds all kinds of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. Supermarket and market also within walking distance. Vilamoura offers several golf clubs, all within easy reach. Faro airport is 20 km distant.
Spread over two floors, apartment is nicely furnished and comprises 4 comfortable sized twin rooms (2 in the ground floor, 2 in the 1st floor, ), 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, main lounge with open fireplace and dining area with French doors leading to a good-sized veranda with pool view, fully equipped kitchen and a second lounge, in mezzanine, with French doors which lead onto the generously sized roof-top terrace. Master bedroom and lounges equipped with air conditioning. Shared swimming pool, gardens and parking area.
Between November and April electricity is not included in the price and should be paid locally as per consumption.

It is 10 walking minutes to the marina, with all its bars, shops and restaurants, as well as to Quarteira, where one finds all kinds of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. Supermarket and market also within walking distance. Vilamoura offers several golf clubs, all within easy reach. Faro airport is 20 km distant. Vilamoura is one of the largest single tourist complexes in Europe, covering an area of almost 2.000 ha of land. Parts of that land are covered with pine woods whilst others are open recovered marshland. The company owning the complex is extremely environmentally conscious, undertaking large effort to protect nature in the course of the further development.
The 5 and 4 star hotels, apartments and villas of Vilamoura offer over 35.000 beds for tourists and residents. The sports and leisure facilities include 4 golf courses, a large marina, a lawn bowling club, a tennis centre, a shooting club, a private airstrip and a riding school. The international casino and several night clubs offer manifold distraction.
Within the centre of Vilamoura there is a preserved Roman site and museum of Cerro de Vila providing impressions of the history of this area, when this location was important in producing a fish paste known as „garum“. The ruins include also the baths to be used by the mariners.
