The holiday house "Leny" was rebuilt in 2010 and lies directly on a Havelarm with connecting to the Havel. The property is approximately 600m ² in size and fenced, but kept the water open. The house has large windows that provide bright welcoming spaces. There is a separate bedroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a GE-roomy shower. Our cottage is located on a tributary of the Havel River, from which they could take a boat up to the Müritz, including good swimming and fishing. The south of the country town Havel Ketzin / Havel was first officially mentioned in 1197. Erholung in ruhiger Umgebung
Unsere erster Urlaub mit Hund hat uns vor gewissen Herausforderungen gestellt, mit Haus Leny haben wir für uns ein wunderschönes Ferienobjekt gefunden. Die Nähe zum Wasser und das Grundstück sind ideal für Urlaub in Familie mit Haustier. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin auf dem Nachbargrundstück war immer für uns da und hat uns gerne bei Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns hier sehr Wohlgefühl und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

SUPER
We spent a great and relaxing week - the house had everything we needed, the equipment is great and the contact with the landlady was excellent! We can highly recommend it.
We also found the surroundings great for people and dogs. Shopping facilities are 5 minutes away by car, or you can walk in about 20 minutes.
Conclusion: If we come back to Havel, then to this house :-)

Lage gut, das Haus leider nicht so!
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Angeln und Erholung haben wir genossen. Das haus von innen ist leider nicht so gut. Es war sehr staubig und die Betten waren durchgelegen. leider schlecht geschlafen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist nur dürftig. Die Einrichtung veraltet.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihnen unser Haus nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben uns umgehend mit der Reinigungsfirma auseinander gesetzt und Defizite beseitigt. Das die Ausstattung veraltet ist
können wir nicht nachvollziehen, da das Haus 2010 neu errichtet wurde. Das der DVD Player defekt war, denke ich kann passieren, aber auch dieser wurde noch während ihrer Aufenthaltszeit gegen ein funktionierendes Gerät getauscht. Da das FH neben unserem Wohnhaus ist können wir auch den Vorwurf zu dem notdürftigen Kontakt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir wünschen ihnen für die Zukunft alles Gute.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ruhige Lage, sehr geeignet für ausgiebige Spaziergänge in dass kleine Venedig, so könnte man die nahe Umgebung nennen, oder die kleine Stadt Ketzin mit seinen Schätzen kennen zu lernen.
free time activities: Klaistow mit seiner Kürbisausstellung ist eine Schau. Ein Besuch im Outlet-Center in der Ortschaft Elstal ist ein muß. Potsdam mit seinem Schloss, den Parkanlagen sowie den tollen Strassenzügen sollte man gesehen haben.
shopping facilities: Wer in der Ferienwohnung Lebensmittel braucht, bekommt sie in nahen Umgebung.

Urlaub mit Hund
In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es ist an alles gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, abseits vom Trubel,
perfekt für einen erholsamen Angel-Urlaub.
