From the south terrace and the pool area you can see the sea from the west terrace the Penon de Ifach in Calpe. The private pool has a size of x m and a depth beginning at to m, ideal for outdoor shower with cold / hot water is in the pool area. The house is located in the urbanization Buena Vista,

The house has 2 floors. The 2nd floor is committing externally or internally via a spiral staircase.

Great holiday home
We (two adults and two children, 9 and 12 years) stayed in this holiday home in August 2021
We spent a wonderful holiday with our family in the house and the beautiful garden with pool and felt very comfortable.
The house is really well equipped, clean and there is plenty of space to store everything we brought with us.
The garden and pool are simply to feel good! Here you can really switch off and recharge your batteries! Despite Corona and some restrictions here and there, we had wonderful days and will definitely be back!

Ein Traumhaus in einer wunderschönen Lage
Wir waren im Juli 2012 in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben unsere "schönste Zeit" des Jahres dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt, das Haus ist extrem sauber und in einem sehr guten Erhaltungszustand. Alle technischen Einrichtungen, ob Grill, oder Außendusche, Pool, Bäder, Küchen (ja, es gibt zwei), sind tadellos in Ordnung und man merkt, dass der Eigentümer dort ein sehr wachsames Auge auf seine Immobilie hat, ohne sich aber in den Vordergrund zu bringen. Alles in Allem echt ganz, ganz großes Kino, so wünschen wir uns unsere Ferien und darum haben wir auch schon wieder für 2013 gebucht...
Der Hausmeisterdienst ist ebenfalls noch positiv zu erwähnen. Sehr nette Leute, die sich 1a um kleinere und größere Fragen und Herausforderungen gekümmert haben.
Fazit: Immer wieder gerne, tolle Strände sind in der Nähe, ein Auto sollte man aber zur Verfügung haben, ansonsten ist der Fußmarsch ein wenig anstrengend.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Anlage "Buenavista" ist in Teilen in die Jahre gekommen, aber die meisten Häuser sind gut erhalten. Das hier beschriebene Haus in jedem Fall! Gute Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Strände, im Sinne von Buchten sind reichlich vorhanden, das Wasser ist flachabfallend und insofern auch für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet, die ärztliche Versorgung ist gesichert und die Apotheken erfüllen allemal unseren heimischen Standard.
free time activities: Es gibt jede Menge zu unternehmen und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Die größeren Ferienorte mit den "lebendigen Stadtcentren" sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen, liegen aber glücklicherweise auch weit genug weg, damit die persönliche Ruhe nicht gestört wird.
shopping facilities: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 1a. Die Supermärkte und insbesondere die Fleischtheken sind perfekt bestückt und gepflegt. Deutsche und englische Produkte erhält man, wie gewohnt, wenn dies denn gewünscht ist. Discounter, und Co. sind ebenfalls vor Ort und Bäckereien gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe.
