In the vicinity of Pattaya, we have to let the slightly different residence from now on (new building). It has a villa in Thai / European style, with a private pool. There you can relax in the Asian garden in the pool bar set, relax and enjoy a cool drink, a glass of champagne or only swim in your own pool. The house is fully furnished and equipped of course with all table and bed linen as well as bath towels. In addition, there are various extras that make your stay more enjoyable. All bedrooms are air conditioned, low noise and remote control. In the living and dining room are ceiling fans at your disposal. The house is also very suitable for 2 to 3 couples who want to escape winter in Europe and therefore has a very good value for money.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is in a new housing complex with 24 hours security. The house is clean and well maintained and is surrounded by a small Asian garden. The pool is directly in front of the house and invites you to enjoy. Within a radius of 20 km of the house there are 4 golf courses.
Many tourist attractions may be visited from here. Elephant camps, temples, tropical gardens, zoos, sea aquarium and even a vineyard lay in the surroundings for smaller and bigger tours.
If you get pleasure in the hustle and bustle of Pattaya plunge, you can reach the heart of the city in 20 minutes. Please look for the environment to the house. There you will find an appropriate slide show under: schultebkk. The home is located in the cosy and small fishing village of Bang Sare a few kilometres south of Pattaya. The distance to various beaches, including secluded bays with wild monkeys on the beach, is approximately to km. Moreover, the place is not as crowded as in Pattaya. From home to the next small Mini Mart store it is only about 200m. 300m is the distance to the main road \"Sukumvit\". From here shuttle taxis drive all day to Pattaya.
It is 350m to the famous Thai food stalls (delicious and not expensive). Smaller restaurants are located in the village or on the beach. There are, from pizza to Thai or European food to special fish dishes all. In addition the daily fresh markets in the village area where the local food stuff is waiting to be purchased by you.

Absolute bomb
The house is in a very quiet location, in Germany you would say it is in a housing estate with single family homes, the property is not visible from the outside, the house is furnished with much love, the rooms are very well thought out, it lacks nothing, and by that I mean nothing, the house is super well maintained and clean and it has all the inventory,the landlord is a German, he is very nice, he has an open ear for everything, if there should be a problem, he is immediately available, German thoroughness / reliability, we were 10 days very satisfied and happy and thank you again in retrospect for the beautiful time, greetings M, Aries ad Ruhrgebiet

Alles wie beschrieben
Herr Schulte ist ein perfekter Vermieter, absolut zuverlässig und seriös. Villa ist für mich eine andere Definition, sehr ruhig, wir haben Thailands Vogelwelt abgefüttert, schöne, witzige Hirtenvögel sind uns geblieben. Kleiner Supermarkt in 2 Gehminuten Entfernung. Ein Auto ist unbedingt von Nöten, der nächste halbwegs Aktzeptable Strand ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt . Bangsaray ist ein herrlich verschlafenes Dorf, sehr entspannt.

Great holiday
After a relatively short settling-in period, it was an all-round successful holiday. Very attentive landlords, always an open ear and heart for individual wishes. We felt welcome at all times. Everything was very hospitable, personal and recommendable.

Ideal for relaxing and working
This is the third time we have rented the house and certainly not the last! It is simply ideal if you want to have peace and quiet to relax and work. However, you do need a vehicle.
The pool invites you to swim if you don't want to go to the beach. And Mr. Schulte's service is simply unbeatable

Wonderful stay!
Йоханнес - очень дружелюбный хозяин. Останавливались в его доме на 2 недели. В течение этого времени он всегда был на связи, помогал решать любые проблемы, давал бесценные советы, так как живет в регионе давно и все знает. С таким хозяином чувствуешь себя, как за каменной стеной, всегда готов помочь и сделать для гостей все, что в его силах. Огромное спасибо, Йоханнес! Если будем еще в этих краях - то обязательно остановимся у него.
Дом прекрасный. Все есть, и даже больше. Все работает. Чистота, приятный запах, все удобно, обстановка, мебель - замечательно. Интерьер оформлен с большим вкусом, приятно там находиться. Бассейн чистый, красивый. Все понравилось, все прекрасно, советую останавливаться у Йоханнеса.
We've spent 2 weeks in the house of Johannes, everytning was wonderful. The house is very beautiful, comfortable, clean. The pool is also clean and beautiful. The host is absolutely miracle, you will not find better. Every year again
We stay at Bang Saray almost every year and, as always, we are satisfied with everything.
Since we like to be among the locals and love the country, this accommodation is ideal for people who don't necessarily like mass tourism every day. The proximity to Bang Saray does not necessarily require a rental car, but a motorbike is an advantage to reach the surroundings more easily and comfortably. Fam. Schulte is always hospitable and has many tips for holidaymakers who are not so familiar with Thailand. If you want to party, the easiest way is to take a shared taxi from Sukumvit to Pattaya and enjoy the city that never sleeps. Sights such as Nong Noch ( Potanic Garden ) water park, temple complexes or golf are also in the immediate vicinity and worth a trip. Deep-sea fishing is also possible at a small price and can be booked directly in town. ( Kobbys Kittchen ) is the name of the restaurant.
No matter whether you are on holiday with children or on a romantic or beach holiday, the accommodation offers a nice stay for every activity.

Positively surprised
We arrived as a family of 4 plus one extra person. With 3 bedrooms but no problem at all. Then we thought...oh..dear...far away from Pattaya. But there is a lot to see in the surrounding area and getting to Pattaya by rental car or taxi is also no problem. Last but not least we can say that the quietness in the evenings was very pleasant for us as a family. The people around were extremely nice. A small snack bar and a shopping opportunity are within walking distance...also extremely nice people there. The very nearby Navy beach is highly recommended...water quality like on an island.
Otherwise....the accommodation super...the pool not big but sufficient. Everything well maintained and nice landlord. I can only recommend it.
Thanks also to his "caretaker". Also a very likeable person.

Gladly again
We (two couples) spent a wonderful vacation in the bungalow! We were picked up and dropped off at the Bangkok airport by Mr. Schulte's organized transfer on time. He was an excellent bus driver! We could always reach Mr. Schulte by phone and he was always there to help with any problems. If something was missing or broken, it was immediately bought or repaired! My wife bought glasses from an optician in town, but unfortunately the progressive lenses were not positioned correctly. As we didn't speak Thai and the ladies in the shop spoke little English, we informed Mr. Schulte who immediately took his wife and drove to the store. To our surprise, my wife got new lenses and everything was fine! The strap on my diving watch broke. Mr. Schulte asked a friend where to get something like that. He then drove me 20 kilometers further in his car to a dive shop to get it repaired. One small tip: there is a small "mom and pop" shop around the corner where you can buy small things. It is not much more expensive than the stores in town. We rented bikes and Mr. Schulte's scooter. Whatever we couldn't reach by bike, we took the Bath buses. We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Schulte again for the unforgettable stay in their holiday home! We highly recommend everything and would rent the house again at any time.

Very nice house with good facilities and friendly landlord.
As I had already expected from my last vacation, everything was okay this time as well and I felt very comfortable. The house is very nice, has everything you need for daily life, the pool is great and the village of Bang Sare is a nice and quiet change from the hectic and turbulent Pattaya. If anything is needed, such as new bed linen or towels, it is immediately taken care of by the very helpful landlord, Mr. Schulte.

Ein sehr schönes ,große, gepflegtes,sauberes Haus,mit eigem Pool, nicht einsehbar. Wir haben Herrn Schulte, als einen sehr zuvorkommenden und sehr netten Vermitter kennen gelernt,und er ist immer da und zu jeder Tageszeit erreichbar, falls mal etwas nicht in Ordnung sein sollte.Er bittet einen perfekten Service, so das mann sich sofort wohlfühlt.Das Haus befindet sich in einer Anlage etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtkern von Bang Sare und für Ausflüge ist ein z.B.Auto sehr gut, das mann auch bei Herrn Schulte anmieten kann, und es alles bei der Ankunft beireit gestellt bekommt vorfindet.es ist ein sehr schönes ferienhaus und wir werden noch viele male dort Urlaub verbringen. Genau das Richtige, wenn man ...
... die Ruhe und die Stille zu Schätzen weis.
... sich ein Auto mietet um die Einkäufe, Erledigungen, Ausflüge, Essen "fahren", ... ungebunden und stressfrei erledigen kann. Denn das Ferienhaus ist glücklicherweise etwas abseits gelegen.
Ansonsten kann ich die Bewertungen der letzten vier Jahre nur bestätigen, in diesem Ferienhaus bekommen sie von Familie Schulte Urlaub Made in Germany in Thailand !!!

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft
Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt (wenn der Pool zu klein wird).
Freundlicher Vermieterkontakt und gute Erreichbarkeit vor Ort. Ein Auto sollte unbedingt verfügbar sein, da so alle Erledigungen leichter vonstatten gehen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann natürlich auch laufen...

Vom erst Kontakt,bis zum Erhalt, und Übergabe der Schlüssel,war alles ohne Problem und sehr schnell von Herrn Schulte vorbereitet.
Herr Schulte ist,ein Vermitter der ,sofort zur Stelle ist wenn mann mal ,ein Problem haben sollte.
Und geht nicht gibt es bei herrn Schulte nicht,unglaublich aber wahr,Herr Schulte ,ist ein vermitte ,wo der Kunde noch König ist,und sich wohl fühlen soll.1000 Dank,Herr Schulte wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,und wir werden wieder kommen, und das nicht das letzte mahl!!!
Und das haus ist idela,für Familien mit Kindern ,oder auch für ein Romantisches Paar,wenn mann die Ruhe mag und nicht das Pralle Leben von Pattaya haben muss.Aber dort währe mann auch in einer sehr kurzen Zeit,per Taxi,oder ,wenn mann einen Fahrbaren Untersatzt benötigt ist,und auch da ist mann gleich bei Herrn Schulte richtig,ohne langes hin und herr,bekommt mann ein Auto oder Motorroller.
Für uns wahr es ein ganz besonderer ,romantischer und perfekter Urlaub ,in einem ,sehr ,schönem,sauberen,Haus mit Pool.

sehr schönes und sauberes Haus
Sehr geehrter Herr schulte,
wir möchten uns noch mals für das sehr schöne und saubere Haus bedanken.Wir waren schon viel in Ferienhäuser aber dies Haus hat alles übertroffen. Es hat 5 sterne verdient.
Wenn mal was nicht gestimmt hat war Herr Schulte sofort zu stelle. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön, was sehr zu empfehlen ist , ist der Militärstrand, sehr sauber. Wir können dieses Haus für Familien sehr empfehlen.Wenn wir auch ganz toll fanden war Jürgen und Ullei, wenn ihr keine lust habt Auto zu fahren , wendet euch an Jürgen er ist ganz toller Fremdenführer.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem Ausgestattet und sehr geräumig.Der Pool lädt bis zur Nachtstunde zum Abkühlen ein.Für uns als Familie 5 Pers. war alles etwas zuweit, auch kein Problem, denn bei Fam. Schulte kann man das Auto gleich mit mieten. Vielen dank nochmals für diesen tollen Ferienaufenthalt in Bangsare.Freundlich Grüsst Marianne, Andi mit Familie

shopping facilities: Es muss ein kleines Stück gefahren werden entwerder nach Satthip (Fischmarkt)ist eine Reise wert!!Oder 20 min nach Pattaya!!

Top Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool
Im Großen und Ganzen der allerschönste Urlaub den wir je hatten. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern die billig Urlaub machen wollen. Das Preis Leitsungsverhältnis ist sehr fair! Der freundlichste Vermieter den ich in all meinen Utrlauben kennen gelernt habe, "Ein Geht nicht, gibt es bei ihm nicht"! Hier kann man wirklich sagen das der Gast noch König ist!!!! Danke nochmals für alles an dieser Stelle!!
Die Lage ist perfekt für Leute die abschalten wollen von den Sorgen des europäischen Alltages. Für junge und für alte Menschen genau das Richtige.
Für RICHTIGE Partytiger allerdings zu weit vom Zentrum in Pattaya entfernt (mit dem Sammeltaxi ca. 45 Minuten, Kosten bis 22 Uhr. ca. 40 Baht pro Person. ab 22 Uhr 400 Baht Gesamt für das Taxi, je nach Laune des Taxifahrers :-))
Trotzdem ein wirklich idyllischer Fleck und der eigene Swimmingpool ist sowieso der Oberhit!! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt. Es ist eigentlich alles da was wirklich wichtig ist um einen Haushalt führen zu können.
Auspacken, Wohl Fühlen, Relaxen, Abschalten und Urlaub machen. Alles inclusive hier :-))

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist äusserst ruhig und sehr verträumt. Sportbegeisterte können direkt vom Haus weg Rad Fahren oder Joggen und in der Stille und Einsamkeiot so richtig abschalten. Vorausgesetzt sie lieben die Hitze und sind resistent gegen die Sonne von Thailand :-) Für uns war es einfach nur ein Traum, den man nicht beschreiben kann, den muß man selber erleben!
free time activities: Die Strände sind mit dem Rad eigentlich recht gut erreichbar, ein bisschen Sport gehört eben dazu.
shopping facilities: Wie bereits bei den anderen Beiträgen erwähnt, mit dem Rad alles kein Problem. Für ältere Menschen empfehle ich allerdings ein Mietauto.

Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen !!!
Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen in diesem komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus !! Sehr freundliche Betreuung sehr guter Service wie man ihn nur selten findet ! Alles bis ins Detail organisiert ! Hier kann man Urlaub machen und sich wirklich erholen !! Wir werden wieder kommen, das ist jetzt schon sicher. Einen Dank hier noch einmal an Herrn Schulte und Chomphoo das machen sie wirklich klasse !

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr ruhig gelegen und wer den Trubel mag ist auch schnell in Pattaya ! Ein verträumtes Fischerdorf !
free time activities: Alles in der Nähe ! Golfplatz, Strand, Under Waterworld und und und
shopping facilities: In der Nähe gleich um die Ecke gibt es ettliche Garküchen und kleine Geschäfte, etwas entfernt in Sattahip oder Pattaya Süd dann auch ein Tesko Lotus Supermarkt !

Haus toll
Der Vermieter Herr Schulte ist sehr freundlich und korret . Leider ist man auf ein Auto oder Moped angewiesen. Zum Strand musste man durch Bangsare fahren ca. 5 km, Strand und Wasser nicht so schön. Vom Ferienhaus 10 km entfernt gibt es einen Strand mit wilden Affen, der Eintritt war 60 Baht und führte durch das Militärgebiet.

wir haben und Ihre Worte zu Herzen genommen. Etwas 600 Meter vom Haus entfernt soll jetzt ein "Tesco Lotus Express Markt" entstehen. Das verbessert das Einkaufen mehr europaeischer Dinge gleich um die Ecke gewaltig. Vielleicht kommen Sie ja mal wieder zu uns?
