On approx. 60 sqm living space there are 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom&WC and a separate WC
One bedroom with double bed, one room with single bed and bunk bed (for 3 persons), one room with sofa bed 140 cm (for 2 persons)
Living room with corner bench and sofa. Tiled stove, satellite TV with DVD system, radio.
Kitchen with 2-plate stove, micro stove, coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer
Available bicycles can be used at your own risk.
Sun loungers and garden furniture as well as charcoal grill are at your disposal. From the garden with the new covered terrace / pergola you have a 180° view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Enjoy an unforgettable view to the Schaafberg above the Wolfgangsee. Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored in the garage.

Our detached, fully equipped holiday home is located between Bad Ischl centre and Wolfgangsee. Situated directly at the edge of the forest, it is only 700m away from the Nussensee.

...we had also with the third vacation in the holiday house Fetzer again a very pleasant stay. In the house everything is available which is needed for a relaxed vacation. Our children are still talking about the exciting vacation days weeks after our vacation. Kind regards from the Black Forest Oliver M. and family Bad Ischl is located in the center of the Salzkammergut between Wolfgangsee and the Dachstein massif (to height). The health resort is nestled between majestic mountains and surrounded by crystal clear lakes and once served as the summer residence of the Austrian imperial family (Empress Sissi)
In the centre you will find the newly expanded Salzkammergut-Therme with an exclusive sauna area. Bad Ischl is a lively town where festivals and many other events take place throughout the year. The annual Lehar Festival in the newly renovated concert hall is particularly well known. Music lovers get their money's worth.
The Wolfgangsee is mostly located on the territory of the province of Salzburg and is one of the most famous and largest lakes in the Salzkammergut. It is about 5km away from the holiday home and, in addition to its excellent water quality, offers many opportunities for swimming, water sports, hiking and boat trips. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous skiing and mountaineering areas.

Pleasant, peaceful stay in a clean holiday home.
We were at the Ferienhaus Fetzer for the second time and had another very nice time in the Salzkammergut.
The contact with Mr. Fetzer in advance and with the manager on site is excellent.
We gladly recommend the vacation home!

Nice cottage in the varied, beautiful Salzkammergut region
We spent a great holiday in your house with our two children! The furnishings are functional but varied, we didn't want for anything - only the barbecue could have been a size bigger ;) Everything corresponded to the description. However, if you are travelling with more than 4 people, you should note that the hob only has two plates and there is no oven. For us it was sufficient. The fly screens on all the windows are particularly positive - you are in nature. The location and view of the house are top! A good starting point for many activities, everything can be reached in max. half an hour by car. Even on foot you can reach many things by hiking
The communication in advance and on site were also great! Everything worked smoothly and we felt welcome and very well looked after! Many thanks to Mr. Fetzer and Mrs. Schäfer. We will definitely come back again!

Relaxing days in the Fetzer holiday home
We were able to spend a wonderful holiday as a family (50,50,20,16) - thank you very much for that, Mr. Fetzer. We will definitely come again
The location of the house is a dream for all those who want to relax far away from noise and mass tourism (hillside location on the edge of the forest with a fantastic view, absolutely quiet). Nevertheless, you can reach the most important shops, the Wolfgangsee or Bad Ischl in a few minutes by car (required).
Due to the 3 bedrooms, the house offers the possibility to spread out. The layout is perfect - it is rare to find 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms on approx. 65 sqm.
The furnishing is simple and partly outdated, but functional and there is everything you need. ...pleasantly also barbecue equipment
Even when it rained, it was easy to stay and eat in the covered and wind-protected outdoor seating area.
Everything worked, the on-site support was reliable
We found everything as described and can recommend the house in any case.

Relaxing time out with the kids during the holidays
The Fetzer holiday home has a very beautiful location in nature, far from traffic noise. It offers a great view of the surrounding mountains up to the Schafberg above Lake Wolfgang. Bad Ischl is only a few minutes' drive away. Hikes can be started right outside the front door.
The holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Equipped with an additional stove (wood available free of charge), the holiday cottage feeling quickly sets in :-).
The rooms offer enough space and storage and are ideal for 4-6 people. If there are 7 people, the third room with the 1.40m wide double bed is a bit cramped, but young people won't mind that much
The kitchen has everything you need for your stay and in addition to the TV with DVD system, you can also book cheap, fast Wi-Fi in the holiday home.
The area is always worth a trip, even if it's a few kilometres by car to the ski area in winter. But we had wonderful slopes and cheap family passes in the Dachstein mountains.
