Description
Relaxing holidays for all fellow travellers in a tastefully and practically furnished holiday home with terrace integrated into the leisure facilities of a holiday park. The holiday home with approx. 55 m/2 living space has 2 separate bedrooms for 2 people each, an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace for cool evenings, a sofa corner and a fitted kitchen. The bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin was renovated in 2010. The terrace with its cosy garden chairs invites you to a sunny breakfast or a barbecue evening. A storage room offers additional storage space for bicycles, if you would like to bring some. The holiday home is also a cosy holiday domicile in the cold season due to the equipment with fireplace and all rooms with electric heating.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home with two separate flats is located in the Mirow-Granzow holiday park. Granzow is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District surrounded by water and forest and is the starting point for sporting or recreational activities on the water, in the forests on foot or by bike. The neighbouring town of Mirow is 2 km away from the holiday park. It is worth a visit culturally with its romantic castle island and also for its shopping facilities and restaurants.
Other towns in the region, all with their own charm, are Wesenberg, Röbel, Waren, Neustrelitz, Rheinsberg, Neubrandenburg ...., which offer many cultural activities.

Great location, great amenities.
This vacation home truly has a great location. The landlords are very accommodating, communication was excellent and we didn't lack anything in the vacation home.
It is highly recommended to rent vehicles of any kind at Pfauenhof.

Pleasant family holiday in beautiful surroundings
In the holiday home of Mr. and Mrs. Wawrik we felt as if we were on holiday with friends - we were warmly welcomed and simply found everything we needed for a successful holiday. This includes a well-equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and even a bottle to welcome us.... The possibility to buy bread rolls or to do a little shopping, to rent bicycles / kayaks or even the beach are within walking distance.
A disadvantage is the terrace, which (despite planting) is openly visible to everyone passing by.
Conclusion: Our children (11 and 9 years old) and we adults had an all-round nice holiday. We will gladly come again...

Wunderschön für Familien
Wir fahren dieses Jahr zum 3x ins Haus 88 bei Familie Wawrik und definitiv nicht das letzte mal. Wir fühlen uns wie Daheim. Es fehlt an nichts. Mit Liebe eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Das einzige was uns etwas stört ist, dass die Terasse für die anderen Ferienparkbewohner die vorbei laufen etwas einsichtig ist. AHoffen der Busch davor wächst kräftig:-). Ansonsten hilft der Sonnenschirm :-). Das Haus ist für unsere Kinder ( aktuell 8 und 1 1/2 ) im Ferienpark perfekt. Die Vermieter des Hauses sind sehr nett.

Eine mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.
Für den alltäglichen Gebrauch (sogar backen war möglich) war alles, reichlich und qualitativ hochwertig, vorhanden.
Wir haben einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Dieses Domizil können wir mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Supersauberes Ferienhaus, Betten sehr gut, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr waren gut und ausreichend. Für den Winterurlaub fehlte evtl. eine Abtropfmöglichkeit für die Stiefel, der Sessel war auf Dauer etwas unbequem. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen und wieder buchen. Sehr nette Vermieter

I bought these holiday homes 88 and 89, which are located in the holiday park Mirow, from the heirs of the previous owner in 2009. Since then, my husband and I have been managing them ourselves, including cleaning. To date, we have carried out numerous renovations and improvements to the furnishings. Since we like to stay there when it is not occupied, we notice what is missing and can remedy it immediately. We can respond to our holidaymakers' wishes if we think they are possible. For example, during the renovation of the kitchen of FH 89 in 2017, a wall lamp was installed in the living area, which allows for more comfortable reading in better light.
