Description
We offer a comfortable and modern equipped house with a floor area of 85 m². This is our house "Wind Rose 3".
The house is habitable with a maximum of 9 adults, fully insulated, therefore one has at any time a pleasant, constant room climate.
This is the well-being of our guests, which is very dear to us, guaranteed.
The ground floor has a large living room with sofa bed, fireplace and dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A modern bathroom is also available.
Upstairs you will find two separate bedrooms with a total of seven Bedding and a guest toilet.
The housing unit is complemented by an inviting, wide, sheltered, sunny terrace and a balcony.
Our cottages are tasteful, functional and full of light.
The grounds offers plenty of space for children to play and comfortable barbecues.
A trip by bike to the nearby lighthouse is no obstacle.
Again and again it is a real pleasure to our little guests to use our trampoline.
The resort is located in a quiet part of the town.
The path to the beach is 400 m.
Several shops are given in the nearby village Sarbinowo. For evening or for lunch, it is advisable to consult one of the small restaurants and enjoy the traditional Polish cuisine, or even German food. For dessert, I recommend a tasty Gofr (waffle). The food is usually very inexpensive, but also high quality.
A well-stocked shop with fresh bread and maybe an egg on a wholesome breakfast, is located about 400 meters from the house. The service is very friendly and usually you will be understood if one places the order in German.

Enjoy the beautiful beach that invites you for sunbathing, water games and long walks. The healthy sea air and a fresh sea breeze contribute to your rest and relaxation.
Numerous recreational opportunities on site and the Polish national cuisine in the nearby village of Sarbinowo complete the offer.

Sehr schönes Haus ,stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Gastgeber sehr nett , es hat an nichts gefehlt nur schönes Wetter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlen wir gern weiter.

Sehr schönes Haus + Grundstück
Wir waren zu 7. in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nix gefehlt... wir Erwachsenen konnten sehr gut die Seele baumeln lassen die Kids konnten sich auf dem schön großen Grundstück frei bewegen... Und unserer Vierbeiner ? hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt... die Umgebung + Strand auch super alles sehr sauber und viel zu erleben... wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen! Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir sind seid gestern wieder zu Hause und mir liegt es sehr am Herzen gleich meine Eindrücke nieder zu schreiben....
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und waren von den ersten Eindrücken total begeistert. Haus und Garten … einfach traumhaft und wunderschön.
Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar und ihre Eltern vor Ort auch. Sie versuchten jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und halfen uns auch mal mit Schmerztabletten aus ;)
Der Weg zum Strand ( ca 10 min ) führt an einigen Ständen vorbei, wo man Eis, Waffeln, Obst, Gemüse und auch Herzhaftes bekommt. Je nachdem welchen Strandabschnitt man besucht, erlebt man ruhige Idylle oder belebtes Treiben. Ein Ausflug nach Kolberg ( Hafengegend, Sportaktivitäten ) und Koszalin ( Einkaufscenter ) lohnt sich.
Wenn das Wetter dann noch mitspielt hat man den PERFEKTEN URLAUB !!!

Grossartig !
Wir wollten uns spontan ein paar Tage erholen und fanden das Haus im Internet . Anfrage versendet und prompt eine Nachricht zurück erhalten , kurze Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin die sehr gut Deutsch spricht . Nun ging die Fahrt los , wir kamen in Sarbinowo an und haben das Haus sofort gefunden . Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr liebevoll und herzlich von den Eltern der Vermieterin empfangen . Strand ist schnell zu erreichen sowie kleine Märkte und Büdchen wo man zahlreiche Souvenirs sowie Kleidung bekommt . Viel für Kinder zum Unternehmen . Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet . Der Garten hat einem zum erholen eingeladen . Die Kinder haben viele Spielsachen zum austoben gehabt . Die Vermieterin sowie die Eltern waren immer zu erreichen . Wir würden immer wieder hinfahren , es war wirklich toll . Danke nochmals .

Sehr zu empfehlende Ferienunterkunft
Wir haben eine Woche unseren Urlaub mit Hund im Haus verbracht und waren

A wonderful week of holiday
My husband, my two children and I had a wonderful time in Sarbinowo, the house is well maintained and very tastefully furnished. You immediately feel welcome and at home. There are two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeping area, the bathroom has just been renovated. As we were there in summer, we did not need the stove, but in colder temperatures this is certainly a cosy addition. From the terrace as well as from the balcony you look directly into the garden. There are many different plants and garden lovers will certainly find some interesting plants here. For the children there was also a trampoline and other playground equipment. The property is very quiet and the way to the beach is not far. Thank you for a wonderful time. LG Anne and Peter

Beautiful summer holiday
Like last year, we received a warm welcome. We received the house clean and with a new bathroom. On this property, where everything is green and well-kept, it is wonderful to relax and unwind. The region invites you to go cycling. Especially the tour to Kolberg was a lot of fun. We booked the house again for next year while still on holiday.

Wonderful summer holiday
We were warmly welcomed by the landlady's parents and felt right at home. The location of the property was very nice and not so far from the Baltic Sea. The condition and equipment of the house was very good, everything was very clean. Our kids were also very enthusiastic about the playground.
We are already looking forward to next year's holiday in this house.
