Holiday with 5-star comfort! This cosy thatched house with 100 m² for up to 5 people is located close to the beach on the Black Bush. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with underfloor heating and an open granite kitchen with counter, a beautiful dining area, a bathroom with shower/WC, a utility room with washing machine and a large terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and deck chairs. There is a play structure in the garden for your children. The open-plan kitchen offers you all the necessary amenities such as fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave. Upstairs you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a large bathroom on the upper floor with shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC. A travel cot and high chair are available for our younger guests. The Achterhus has a fibre-optic connection with freely accessible internet/WLAN. Parking space in the carport for 1-2 cars. Further information can be found on our homepage. From the 5th person a surcharge of 8 € per night will be charged. During the high season bookings only for at least 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Location and surroundings of object
The thatched house is centrally located in a play street in the Schwarzer Busch district. The distance to the beach is approx. 150 m, the distance to the small beach shop approx. 100 m.
You can do your larger shopping in Kirchdorf (1.5 km away). The Schwarze Busch is the oldest and perhaps most beautiful bathing beach on the island of Poel. The shallow water is ideal for families with children.
The spa promenade invites you to stroll and play. A miniature golf course offers fun for young and old. You can get bread rolls and a newspaper for breakfast in the village.

Cancellation terms:
- Ein notwendiger Reiserücktritt bzw. Abbruch oder die Verkürzung der Reisedauer muss dem Vermieter schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Bei der Buchung wird der Mieter auf eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung hingewiesen. Der Vermieter hat einen Ersatzanspruch nach folgender Staffelung: Zeitraum Ersatzanspruch bis 91 Tage vor Reisebeginn Anzahlung 90 bis 61 Tage vor Reisebeginn 25% des Mietpreises 60 bis 35 Tage vor Reisebeginn 50% des Mietpreises 34 bis 11 Tage vor Reisebeginn 80% des Mietpreises 10 Tage - 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn bzw. bei Nichterscheinen 95% des Reisepreises Wird vom Mieter für den vereinbarten Zeitraum ein Ersatzmieter zu gleichen Konditionen gestellt, ist eine Umbuchung von 10% des Mietpreises mindestens aber 50,00€ fällig. In diesem Falle wird die Rücktritts – bzw. Bearbeitungsgebühr mit den bereits gezahlten Beträgen verrechnet. Bei einem persönlichen Rücktritt ohne Nachmieter wird die Anzahlung einbehalten bzw. mindestens 50€ Bearbeitungsgebühr berechnet. Kostenlose Stornierung sind nur in der Zeit des Vermietungs- bzw. Reiseverbotes möglich. Bei Neubuchungen können Gäste nur dann kostenlos stornieren, wenn der gegenwärtige Reisezeitraum in eine Gefährdungslage fällt, die Bundesregierung Reisen untersagt oder Vermietungsverbote vorliegen. Ein Rücktritt durch den Vermieter kann nach Mietbeginn, ohne Einhaltung einer Frist erfolgen, wenn der Mieter andere Mieter trotz Abmahnung nachhaltig stört oder wenn er sich in solchem Maße vertragswidrig verhält, dass die sofortige Aufhebung des Vertrages gerechtfertigt ist. Kündigt der Vermieter aus wichtigem Grund, so hat er Anspruch auf den Mietpreis abzügl. der halben Miete für die noch verbleibende Restmietdauer. Der Poeler Gäste- und Ferienhaus - Service sichert im Rahmen der Sorgfaltspflicht für eine gewissenhafte Reisevorbereitung, eine Richtigkeit der Leistungsbeschreibung und die ordnungsgemäße Erbringung der vertraglich vereinbarten Reiseleistungen.
