The flats are modern comfort holiday flats with underfloor heating and approx. 60 m² living space, have a spacious living area with flat screen TV, comfortable large double sofa bed and a fully equipped fitted kitchen, the small flats on the ground floor have a sun terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the garden, playground, pool and barbecue. The large flats on the upper floor have a balcony.

The playground is an Eldorado for children, our sunbathing lawn a place of peace and cosiness for adults. Relax while lounging by the pool (10 m x 5 m), which is heated with solar technology in the summer months, or in the evening on the large terrace while barbecuing. Your holiday resort offers you many possibilities due to its ideal starting point, whether it is a dreamlike hike into the Bode Valley (approx. 7 km), or to the Hexentanzplatz with cable car connection to Thale (approx. 10 km).
