The holiday home Casa Corte, a typical Italian house from the year 800, which was completely renovated in 2018, is located in the old town of Malcesine, in an absolutely quiet location in a side street below the Scaliger Castle.
All amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, bars, the old harbour, the cable car to Monte Baldo, promenade and beach are within a few minutes walking distance.
The holiday home has four flats, distributed over four floors.
The flat Luisa is located in the house Casa Corte on the top floor and offers space for 2 people.
It has a completely modern open plan design and has a sleeping area with a double bed at the back and a living/dining area with a modern fitted kitchen, dining table and couch at the front.
The fitted kitchen in the living area is equipped as follows:
An induction hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a large fridge and a separate freezer compartment.
The modern sofa can also function as a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a large ground-level shower, a WC and BD.
The flat is completely covered with parquet, also the bathroom.
A SAT LCD with all current German programmes and a safe are available, W-LAN can be used free of charge.
The flat also has a balcony with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
Pets are very welcome.
Optionally, the air conditioning can be used during the summer months.

All amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, bars, castle, harbour, cable car to Monte Baldo, promenade and beach are within walking distance. Malcesine is probably the most popular holiday resort on Lake Garda. The town's landmark offers a sight that never fails to fascinate: the Scaliger Castle. From the castle's 33-metre-high tower, you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the mountains of the western shore rising steeply out of the water. The castle is situated high above Malcesine and the panoramic view from there already impressed Goethe.
Malcesine is the town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda where typical Italian flair is most noticeable: there are the narrow alleys and the locals chatting about God and the world in front of their houses. A picturesquely situated town on the eastern side of Lake Garda. The mild climate on Lake Garda also allows the vegetation to flourish here. Large stands of olive trees characterise the image of this town at the foot of Monte Baldo. Malcesine is the town below Monte Baldo. At over 2000 m, Monte Baldo is the highest mountain massif on Lake Garda. The mountain itself is also called the botanical garden of Europe. From Monte Baldo, to which a cable car leads, you have a wonderful view over Lake Garda. The panorama is unique. The mountain station is at an altitude of approx. m and offers an ideal starting point for hikes and tours by mountain bike.
The village itself has retained much of its original beauty despite tourism. The narrow streets, the harbour with its colourful houses, the Scaliger Castle and the Palazzo dei Capitani, built in the Venetian Gothic style, are all part of Malcesine's charm. The 15th-century palazzo was once the seat of the Venetian governor of the eastern shore, who alternated between Garda, Torri and Malcesine Visitors can watch the colourful hustle and bustle in the narrow streets of Malcesine from one of the numerous inns or ice cream bars. Very popular with tourists is the olive oil or wine grown in the Malcesine area.
