secluded south-facing hillside location with panoramic lake view of the directly adjoining Kis Balaton - swimming and massaging through counter-current system in the solar-heated warm 4x8m granite pool with sliding glass dome. (Without UV danger also for sun-sensitive persons).
High-quality renovated farmhouse.
Pool exclusively for tenants of the house - (Pool dome lockable to protect against drowning of children and animals) Water softened for healthy skin and hair - little chlorine - Large stairs in the pool our children and many others have learned to swim so playfully.

Old Hungarian mud house highly renovated 2001-2013, kitchen new 2016, used by owner himself
The house is situated directly in the centre of the village near the church in a typical farming village. The house is in the centre of the village. The village is closed for large trucks passing through
The place is traffic-calmed down and remote, nevertheless one is fast in Heviz, Kesthely, Nagykanisza, in each case 20km and by the close motorway binding also in 1-2 hours in Budapest. Shopping is available in these towns throughout the week.
From Munich via the Graz route and Maribor direct motorway connection, you can reach the holiday destination in 5-6 hours from the Zalakomar exit only 4 km away. The house looks inconspicuous from the street side to avoid envy and to be unobserved. (Garden and pool out of sight on all sides)
Quiet friendly place in the middle of the nature reserve near Kesthely. Grocery shopping 80m, restaurant, 2 village pubs, 2x guesthouse, 1x camping site, near Zalakaros thermal baths and theme baths.
20km to Lake Balaton, Heviz (natural thermal lake), Kesthely (cultural town) and Nagykanisza (hypermarkets day and night, farmers' markets).
Hours of walking in beautiful countryside (bird sanctuary) possible.
Dog-friendly, owner is dog owner himself. Suitable for families with children and pets. Not suitable for young ballers. No disco in the village ! Truck transit traffic forbidden since the motorway comes within 4 km of the village.

Suitable for a family or 2 couples or family with grandparents, as 1 bedroom is a passage to the living room. However, the toilet and bathroom are in the middle between the bedrooms and can therefore be used without a passageway.
It is possible to bring your own horses, as the caretaker in the village owns a riding stable with 20 horses. Your horse can also be stabled there. 5 EUR straw hay mucking out / day. Concentrated feed extra - as required or bring along. Riding lessons, rides, horse rental (?? Eur/hour with companion / instructor ) Rides in the nature reserve eg. 4 hours, near the lake ) Flight school 3km away Round flights possible.

Bio air-conditioning : this means in this case no electrical system but bio climate by 90cm thick clay walls roof insulation and shading of the house by 25m high trees and greenery on the south side, the owner does not tolerate noisy drying air-conditioners.

Dream holiday
Fantastic holiday home in an absolutely quiet location and yet not far from many hotspots. We stayed on the property most of the time because the pool is just fantastic. You don't miss anything in the house itself. Very nice landlords and also very nice caretaker. We would come back anytime. This was the second time we stayed here.

Dream house
This was our 2nd time in this house and we will continue to holiday in this dream house.
We are already looking forward to our holidays in 2018 and 2019 and so on
- Very nice contact with the landlords. Always very helpful.
- The caretaker takes care of everything and yet you are undisturbed. He announces every visit
- Very well maintained property
- The pool is great, you can swim even if the weather is bad, because the roof is perfect. It is advisable to close the pool even when it is very sunny. The advantage is that the children don't get sunburnt. The water is not chlorinated and therefore very well tolerated. The monitoring of the values is very important. The counter-current system makes swimming fun
- The house is equipped exactly as described here.
- Everything is very lovingly and of high quality
We have been going to Hungary for years but this house surpasses everything...
The place is quiet but you can get everything in the near vicinity. I can highly recommend the acacia honey in the village from private.
A horse-drawn carriage ride on Kis Balaton is a dream. Just ask the caretaker and he will organise everything.
Unfortunately there is not enough space here to describe everything, but if you want to experience a dream holiday, stay in this house

Pure relaxation!
For a quiet, relaxing holiday in beautiful nature, this holiday home with heated pool in the middle of a large garden is definitely recommended. There is nothing lacking here. It is not far to the thermal spa of Heviz or Lake Balaton. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to relax - this is the place for you.
