In the Netherlands, North Holland on Island Texel – De Cocksdorp – family holidaypark De Krim you will find our detached bungalow (175 m2) housing 11 persons with large enclosed garden (approx. 700 m2), outside playground for children, several terraces and a large fixed BBQ. Great panoramic view of the golf course and pine forest, situated on the edge of the park and near the park centre.

Spacious living room with sitting and dining area, fireplace, smart TV, Netflix and free internet. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine / tumble dryer. There are 5 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor with bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs is a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
There are 2 parking lots on site. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Child friendly
Many children facilities as children crockery / cutlery, childproof sockets, chest of drawers, stair gate, cot and high chair. On site is a large playground with slide and swings, a watchtower, a sandpit and real nautical ropes. Inside there are different toys available as costumes and boardgames.

Location and surroundings of object
You may use the facilities of the holiday parc, payment on site. With, among other things, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, restaurants, bowling and miniature golf courses, an indoor children\'s playground, a cool outdoor playground, supermarket, bike rental, horse riding and entertainment programme, it is impossible to be bored! \'De Texelse\' golf course is located directly next to the park, with large greens, bunkers and water hazards. Texel is an island of space, peace and nature. You\'ll find a wide variation of landscapes, such as dunes, beaches, woods and polders. This varied environment means that the wildlife is vulnerable. For example the breeding and foraging birds, rabbits and Scottish Highlanders. Texel is a sheep farming island and there are many sheep grazing in the meadows on the island.
The ultimate freedom feeling can be experienced on the Texel beach. The vast beach offers as much peace and quiet or action as you wish. With a length of 30 kilometres the beach has endless possibilities and the changing seasons give the beach many different faces.

Ruimte, luxe, privacy, top plek vakantiepark
Wat een mooi, luxe huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een grote sauna, een vaste bbq, een openhaard. Stuk voor stuk grote slaapkamers. Twee fraaie badkamers met inloop douche en een grote, complete keuken. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis en vanaf de terrassen is geweldig. Weids en vrij. Toch liepen wij in een paar minuutjes naar alle parkfaciliteiten.
Wij komen zeker terug en kunnen het jullie echt aanraden. Een dikke 10!

We have been renting out our holiday home on holiday park De Krim since 2009. We are a family with two children. Every time we enjoy Texel, the peace and quiet, the space and nature. We would like to share this with you. We love waking up with a croissant and a cappuccino while the children watch a Netflix movie. We bought a big house because of the luxury, but also to be able to spend a weekend with friends. The children enjoy the large garden with play equipment and we sit on the terrace enjoying the panoramic view or relaxing in the sauna. You will enjoy it as much as we do! See you soon.
